My 17 yo son and I stopped in for the New Years Day Grand Opening special. We had such a great experience. Everyone was so kind, the shop has a great vibe, Sondra (for me) and Iz (for my son) we’re friendly, professional, and just awesome. I cannot wait to be back. It will be one of many visits.

Very unprofessional.
After scheduling weeks in advance and pre-paying for my daughters ears to be pierced by Sondra for my daughters birthday, we arrived to discover that Sondra was not “available” and had no intentions of following through on her commitment to us. Several attempts to contact her led to her simply turning off her phone. Needless to say, we left with a heartbroken birthday girl and a complete lack of respect for Sondra.
If you decide to patronize this establishment, do not make the mistake of requesting the highly unprofessional Sondra.
