True Hand Tattoo

I love true hands. No bs, great people, and amazing artists. In southeast Missouri this is the ONLY shop you should be going to. Thomas Booth is super cool and laid back. He makes sure you’re happy with whatever work you get done by him. Super solid tattoos with a great style! My girlfriend will only get pierced at true hands. Great quality jewelry and she’s never had a problem with any of her piercings done here. I can’t praise this place enough. Thanks for everything!

I decided on a random Saturday to go get my bellybutton pierced for the first time and Kelsey at True Hand sure did deliver! I was told over the phone that piercing was walk in only and once I arrived, they got me back within 10 minutes. Kelsey showed me and my husband a nice room which had a "spa" feel to it. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I know this is a case by case thing.. but my piercing barely bled and It was crazy how little pain there was with it. She was professional and kept a cool demeanor which kept me calm throughout the whole process. I am just two days out from my piercing but its doing amazing!

I went there to get my septum repierced and just a regular nostril piercing. I filled out the paperwork noting I am allergic to latex. Hand it back to the girl and she takes me to the back to do my piercing. She obviously didn't read it because after she got everything set up I asked her if her gloves are latex free. She said no, are you allergic? I said yes I put it on the paperwork. She went and got a man who I found out was Thomas Booth. Remember how I said I was getting my septum repierced therefore I know where it should be placed....He didn't even check to see whether or not I had enough skin there to pierce, didn't use a clamp(I know not all piercers do). He took a tube on one side of my nose and shoved the needle through....I asked if it would be worse since i had it done before he said no it shouldnt go through the same scar tissue. My eyes did not water, I didn't feel the urge to sneeze and we both heard a crunch sound.. He pierced the cartilage in the middle of my nostrils..... Anyone who has had it done knows you can not touch your nose right after.. I was able to with ease. Needless to say I left went to Cape and had Different Drummer remove it and that took about 7 minutes because it was so high up in nose. Please don't go there for piercings!! The first pic you can see how high it was. The second you can see it is not on the skin at all also while taking the second pic I wasn't in pain at all. I should not of been able to touch my nose like that and not have some sort of pain..

I have been here several times and each time I was never disappointed Tyler did an amazing job and I will continues trying to get his work the rest of the staff was amazing as well

Amazing Experience. Great atmosphere. Excellent personable skills from each artist. Never felt rushed, pressured or uncertain. Made my daughter's 16th birthday present everything I wanted and more!

Due to unforseen circumstances my appointment here was picked up by another artist. I can't say enough for the professional and work ethic for these people. They made the best of a bad situation and made my experience amazing. I now have an amazing piece of art on my arm. I highly recommend Ethan.
