Everyone was super friendly. Called ahead to see if they could take me in as a walk in for a simple black tattoo and they could. Tattoo was well done and only took 5 minutes. The only complaint I had was that it was really warm inside, but other then that it was good!

Didn't even get in the shop from how rude I was treated. First, tried to charge me double of what I actually got my tattoo for. I understand charging for your work and art, but this was a very simple, quick tattoo. Then I was told them straight up, that it was too much and cancelled my appointment. (Could've just not shown up) I was cussed out. Will never try this shop again.

Their artists are by far the rudest people that Joplins tattoo shops have to offer. Any changes or requests to your tattoos, or even a simple disagreement, they will cuss at you, ignore you, or just do a horrible job and tattoo whatever they want. The color fades after a couple months and the lackluster appeal to the tattoo and its shop is tremendous. I would recommend many other shops before I ever went to this one.

Got a commemorative tattoo of my 20 years in the Navy. Matt Knight was one of the artists there at the time. I walked in with a really rough sketch of what I wanted, and 45 minutes later he came out with what nailed it perfectly. If Matt is still there, I highly recommend him. His work is not just a tattoo, it is art!
