Really disappointed. Recommended by a friend, one of the artists is supposed to be the wife of my husband’s acquaintance, and they also advertise in a local publication I support. Called, no answer. Drove in; just wanted to schedule a consultation. Opened the door, no fewer than 7 people looked at me and not one acknowledged me. Stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Was never greeted, never asked if I could be helped, and never asked to wait and someone would be right with me. Have to assume the woman with the tattoo gun in her hand was an employee. She was carrying on a conversation with other people present, so please don’t think she was so engrossed in her work that she couldn’t be distracted. I left! Not going to beg anyone to allow me to patronize their business. Sad, tattooing may be an art, but without customer service, business will not succeed regardless of talent!

This tattoo studio is the only place that can transfer your imagination on to your body. You end up with with a piece of art that is better than you could have hoped for. Relaxed, laid back environment that makes the whole experience something to come back to and get another tattoo. This is the only shop I will use, period.

Went to iron Hyde for my Aztec tattoo and I’ll tell you what, Kay did a fantastic job and I mean absolutely phenomenal! I highly highly recommend this shop. I’m glad I found them. They are all nice and help you out as much as they can! I can’t wait to go back and get more tattoos!!!!!

I am14 and no where would give me a little cross tattoo on my wrist my parents consented and Vaydah did my tattoo. She was very kind and helped me through my anxiety and she did amazing work! Thanks Vaydah!!

Great little tatoo shop in Imperial. I stopped in looking for a replacement ball for one of my piercings. Kaye stopped what she was doing, put it in for me, and wouldn't take my money for the ball or her time. She and her staff were helpful and friendly, too. I got to see some of Kaye's work while I was in there, and that gal has got some talent! I'll definitely be coming to her when I am ready for my next piece of art. Oh yeah... and her dog is super cute and sweet, too!
