Really like this place, Holly is my tattooist and always willing to work with me on an idea. I drew a tattoo and she stuck by my drawing but cleaned it up a bit so it would look professional. She also did a cover up on my back that I’ve gotten so many compliments on. She’s pleasant to talk to and it’s fun hearing the staff’s conversations. I’ve had Shawn do all my piercings and he is always super quick and one time let me take a bunch of sea salt soaks cause I didn’t have sea salt. They have a special place in my heart!

I took my 18 yo daughter to get a piercing by Annette, an apprentice, this last week. Even with supervision in the room, Annette used the wrong Guage needle and hurt my daughter so badly, she couldn't bear to get the other side done. She couldn't put the ball in the hoop either. No after care instructions were discussed or given. The piercing was also not where my daughter wanted it. We took it out that evening.

Had an appointment at 12 to get a tattoo, didn’t start getting tattooed until 1:10. They were busy helping other customers. Took too many smoke breaks when they should have been tattooing me. Love the way my tattoo turned out but took way too long.

Went in around a month ago and got my septum pierced by Shawn! I already knew it was going to go really smooth as he is the person who pierced most of my friends/ family. I was in and out as quick as can be and Shawn was very friendly and professional. He talked me through every step of the process! Definitely coming back soon for another!

I paid for a deposit for my daughter to get a tattoo and the day of her appointment she said she wasn’t ready for one. It was never disclosed to me that it was non refundable and it doesn’t state that on the receipt. I didn’t have a problem of coming back at a different time when my daughter was ready but they made it look like that once the appointment is canceled then I’m out $80.

I got my 1st tattoo the other day. It was a matching tattoo with my daughter. The artist was Scott and he made me so calm and relaxed. He did an awesome job. Will definitely be back
