Twisted Image Tattoos & Body Piercing

When did Twisted Image Tattoos and body piercings in Cambridge, Minnesota and Matt Dunn did three tattoos one on my daughter and also touched up one of her other tattoos all in one sitting and was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Mike done at twisted image, tattoos and body piercings any day of the week a real class act and wonderful work.

They did an absolutely awesome job. Though I was a newbie, at any point they made me feel dumb.
The tattoo artist (Matt) did an absolutely amazing amazing job!!!!! I left happy and addicted to tattoos. He was very respectful, and patient, even though it was the end of the day. He even try to be funny, to ease the nerves of a newbie.

The piercing can't say nothing bad either. I got absolutely amazing care. She made sure it was what I wanted and where and how. And it turned out to be perfect.

Recommend it to anyone who is getting their first tattoo and piercing, or if you been few times around the block and are looking for a new tattoo artist, or piercing professional. Come and give this shop a try!!!

I never leave reviews, but save your money and go anywhere else!! My sister got her industrial pierced here, and the guy MESSED it up so badly! She took it out in the morning. Such a waste of time and money. I don’t even understand how he managed to do it so negligently.
After stabbing it through while not even looking he laughed and said it was “crooked” and he “f#%ked up” while still charging her the full amount. Don’t know how anyone in this place is even licensed.
He was trying to peer pressure her into getting a face dermal because it would be good for “his books.” That made the experience so uncomfortable. He was very persistent and made her feel more like an object than a customer.
I’ve gotten a tattoo here prior to her piercing disaster, and it is very sloppy. I even told the woman giving me the tattoo that I wanted her to move it down, and she told me “it’s fine where it’s at.” Don’t say you weren’t warned if you decide to get anything done at this place. Truly disgraceful establishment. Twisted image, do better.

Friendly staff and comfortable setting! I'm very much in love with how my very first tattoo turned out! I definitely look forward to any future visits. 10/10 would go again!

I called twisted image I spoke to Ray and made a appointment with him to get a nose piercing on both sides. When I showed up to my appointment the vibes were extremely off. He seemed hesitant and I asked if everything was alright? He then went into detail about how he hates doing nose piercings on each side! I was uncomfortable with him proceeding the piercings after that. I asked if I could choose a different type of piercing he was more comfortable with because I drove so far and was bummed about not getting my nose done especially when it was already confirmed and the appointment set up for that! I was willing to pick something else he had confidence in doing being a "professional piercer". I ended up choosing a vertical labret by the time he completed it there were few people waiting to be seen. I felt rushed out. I didn't know much about vertical labrets but I felt mine didn't look or feel right. When I got home I started researching them I realized Ray pierced mine EXTREMELY low it was basically hanging on to very thin piece of my lip. ( my lips are definitely full enough for this piercing) I called Twisted Image and spoke to Ray I let him know I wasn't happy with my piercing. I told him I wanted to take it out because I was nervous it'd accidentally get ripped out if i kept it in that it was barley pierced into my lip. I asked Ray if I could please get a refund. Ray said no I could come back get it re- pierced only. I told him I didn't want that if anything I'd rather be safe get a ear piercing instead he denied my request. I asked him if I could talk to the owner he told me no that she would just say the same thing to me. I tried calling Twisted Image few times after that to get ahold of the owner with no luck. I have a scar on my lip as a daily reminder of feeling ripped off and disrespected. These pictures are right after Ray pierced my lip. You can see the blue marks of where he should have pierced thru* If by any chance the Owner reads these I'd greatly appreciate a refund please!

They are all super friendly and amazing service. I got my nose pierced and Kate and the rest of the employees really care about you're wellbeing I recommend them over any other place!

I love the tattoo Ray did for me. It is beautiful!! Everyone in the shop was really fun to talk to and both my husband and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great artist and a clean, friendly shop. Thanks again Ray and the rest of the shop!!

Jak was amazing to work with. Told her what I wanted and she got me right in. The footprints look exactly like the prints I provided. I will definitely be going back for more work and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you again Jak for making this a Father’s Day I’ll never forget!

Absolutely amazing service. They were recommended to me by a hairdresser who has had very good experiences with them. I had a conch piercing done about 6 weeks ago at another piercing shop and was having issues with it and wanting the jewelry changed as it was causing issues with the healing. I explained to them that I did not want to go back to the place where I got it done and they were very understanding. The guy I talked with on the phone explained that he wanted to see the piercing before making a plan which I think is a very good thing for them to do. When I got there he was VERY informative about the issues I was having and how to fix it. They were all very kind and the workers discussed with each other to decide what the best action plan for me would be. The prices are very very reasonable. I had a friend with me who stayed in the lobby while I went back and she said that they were very kind to her and talked to her while she waited for me. They gave me some tips to help with the pain and I had immediate relief after getting the earring changed and doing some of the things they suggested. I got their Mr. Bronzer’s soap as well which I love. I highly recommend them as they were phenomenal and very knowledgeable about their work.

I had a really ugly tattoo done by a friend while we were still in high school. I carried that bad tattoo with me for 5 years before I finally got the courage to get it covered up. I was pretty nervous about getting lectured about my past choice.

My artist was Tiff and she was AMAZING! She was super understanding and never made me feel bad about my previous choices. She was professional, friendly, and experienced. She created a beautiful coverup tattoo for me and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. She answered all my questions and even talked me through what she was doing while she was tattooing me.

I felt completely comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be coming back!
