I got my daughters nose pierced and they did a great job. Today I called and asked if my daughter could bring in a nose ring that she has and get it put in. The lady said yes and I asked how much at which point she answered free. I made sure to ask again if they could put the ring in that we had and she said yes. My husband went to the appointment with my daughter and they told him she had to buy one of theirs or it couldn’t be done. They didn’t keep their word and wasted our time and money. Never going back!

Had an amazing experience here! I got my nose (on the side and septum) and I also got my Medusa piercing done here. The service, piercer, and jewelery was great! I have rediculously sensitive skin and didn't have any reactions to the jewelery. I even came back a few weeks later to help change some jewellery needed skin tone in order to get a job I wanted) and they were so helpful! My boyfriend also got 4 ear piercings and a tattoo from here and it all looks great! Very clean and professional environment. Would (will ) definitely come back!

Got my ears and my nose pierced. It was very affordable. It took less than 20 minutes for me to get in and have everything done. The most painless piercing I have ever gotten. These people are professionals and know what they are doing. Not only was it painless but it healed perfectly

I had an identical experience as Angela M when attempting to get my daughter's ears pierced. I had gone there in August. And it was almost a word for word experience. Google also did not warn me that I needed to bring the birth certificate for minors. And she said that this could also not be my daughter. The blonde also said that she set it up that way so it would remind customers. She kept repeatedly saying that. And the way she was speaking to me was very demeaning. Would not recommend.

Wow! On a girls weekend we decided to get a couple piercings... that because of the wonderful service turned into 6 of us having a GREAT experience with Kelly! She was professional and could not have handled our group of 8 ladies better! Would go back again for any service they provide! Thanks Kelly!

My piercing was improperly placed by a piercer that made it a point to tell me she has been piercing for 23 years. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
UPDATE: I called and spoke with the girl that did my piercing the next day that they were open. She offered to redo the piercing or give me a refund. I thought about letting her do the piercing again until she gave me excuses rather than taking accountability. She said "that darn rolly, foldy skin can move on ya." (I thought that's why you use clamps, which she did.) and said "the stress of the job can be a bit much" (maybe you shouldn't be taking clients if you are to stressed to accurately pierce someone.) I told her I'd be in that Friday or Saturday for my refund.
I did show up that Friday for my refund, which I did get in full. She made sure to remind me I wouldn't be refunded for my jewelry, which I explained I understood and expected. She was fine up until she was ready to hand my card back to me. At that point she seemed annoyed (me too girl, you not only pierced me horribly wrong, but here I am driving another 45 mins one way to get my money back.) amd said to me "I'd appreciate if you updated your Google review to let everyone know I hooked you up."
I'm not sure how she "hooked me up" as my piercing is a surface piercing and NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR, I had to make an extra trip there to get my money back and now I have to have the piercing redone by someone that knows what they are doing. But hey, if that's "hooked up", then by all means, get your piercings here.
