Austin did an amazing job on my husband's and my tattoo! He spent the time to make sure we were happy with the design, advised us on placement, and made the whole process easy and fun!
He provided us with proper coverings for our new tattoos and instructed us on cleaning and care. When I was putting the new covering on, the adhesive folded into itself and I couldn't save it. I called to ask how late they'd be open and if I could get a new one. After realizing i wouldn't be able to make it there before they closed, he arranged to leave a replacement covering where I could find it. When I went there later, he had actually given me two and had them safe in a plastic bag in a sitting area for me to pick up!
Thanks for going above and beyond, Austin and team! We'll be back for future tattoos!

In my opinion, the only place to get tattooed in Mackinaw city. Friendly staff, fair pricing and amazing artwork. Thank you Austin! I admire the amount of attention you put into making my piece go to that next level. I don't know if I'm going to be able to wait until next year for more work to get done.

Just stopped in on a whim and my husband and I got our daughters name tattooed on our arms. Simple yet excellent work. The guys were very personable and did great! If were ever in the area and itching for a tattoo we know where to go!

Traveled an hour to come and get a tattoo. Their site says open until 8 everyday. We got there at 6 and were disappointed and confused to find that they were closed already. Please try to update hours.

We were the first customers in this morning and the guy seemed more interested in the girl group behind us. Then he told us to write our name down on the call list and we were the very top. It has been 71/2 hours and no call yet to be able to get the tattoos we wanted. Would not recommend to anyone. Poor customer service

I went here a week and half ago from this posting. My tattoo hasn't healed right a sit should. Peeling and not heeling as it should. Have had another professional artist look at it and said they dug too deep.
