Lost my nose stud in the hotel pool at 8 pm and was worried I wasn’t going to be able to get a replacement stud. Called and talked to mike and he had one of the artists open the shop for me. Great experience and I really appreciate them being flexible!

I tried using this business but ended up not. I walked in at 4:45pm for a walk-in tattoo and was first and only person on the list. They had me leave my name and phone number so they could call me when it was my turn. They said it would be about 2 hour wait which I was fine with because they said they would call me. At 8:45pm I called and they forward their calls to mike who isn’t at the shop. He told me he would message them and let me know what happened. So I ended up driving back to the shop. They were closed so I called the number back and mike answered and said that he messaged them on Facebook and they haven’t replied yet. I told him if they weren’t planning on doing my tattoo then they needed to call me and let me know so I could plan on going somewhere else and all he had to say was yea. But now reading the bad reviews on here I guess I dodged the bullet.

Terrible experience. We called ahead and drove across the bridge for what should have taken roughly 15 minutes to tattoo. When we got there, one artist was leaving and spoke to us as he was walking out it the door asking if we were the call ahead folks, the other told me that he had “bad news” that he wouldn’t tattoo behind the ear. He reported that it was a pain and he was uncomfortable doing it, buT maybe I could come back tomorrow and someone else would be willing to do it. This after being told by the initially exiting artist that he wasn’t sure if the other artist would be staying or leaving-which made the “bad news” excuse seem less than believable. Mind you, this was over two hours before scheduled close time. Didn’t inspect closely due to the above, but also didn’t look overly clean. Would most definitely NOT recommend.

My Tattoo looks like a 1st grader did it. Sam made all kind of excuses on why it looks this way. I am embarrassed to post the pictures when I sent it to him after it healed he refused to call or text me back

The staff was not knowledgeable about the healing process or what products to use. Tyler did a tattoo on my foot and I had to have it redone a month later. He had an awful attitude.

Never anyone in here no piercer one day then half the shop is closed because someone left in the middle of the day wouldn't recommend going here or wasting you're time
