My partner and I have few tattoos done from Sonya.. The work is amazing between the 2 of us we have 5,000 dollars in tattoos so Sonya artistic delivery is NOT the issue the recent disappointment is the scheduling with her. It took over a year to even get a response from anybody.. Put deposit down finally for an appointment came time to sending more money which we were totally prepared to do. Only thing we asked for was a design so we could make sure it was what we expressed we wanted. Mind you there have been no returned communication with Sonya or her shop verbally. So now since no design was sent no more payment made. Received auto generated email informing us that we Lost appointment. Sad thing was that notification was received before the initial dead line of 8pm from the email acknowledging the deposit.....When we first met Sonya was A great experience great design and execution but that has all gone down hill. I hope this interaction with clients can be turned around because it initially was professional and now it is very unprofessional. :( I hope others are not being treated this way. It has been almost 15 monthsand still no plans or design for memorial tattoo. Just heads up when trying to arrange appointments. As good paying clients over the past years i would think we would not be treated so poorly.

I have got several tattoos done by Sonya and let me tell you.... Sonya is absolutely amazing. She's a breath of fresh hair. She takes her time and we always have awesome conversations. I will never go anywhere else. She is simply the best.

They have good artists and decent prices but the two artists I dealt with, and one being a co-owner, argued with me and totally changed up what I asked for. If I hadn’t given them a deposit, I would’ve went elsewhere.

My mother-in-law and I got our noses pierced for the first time here. Very neat place! They have a real skeleton and, I kid you not, a taxidermied raccoon eating cracker jack out of the box! Very clean and sanitary place overall. 10/10 would recommend.

The shop itself has a clean and professional atmosphere that is also inviting. Absolutely in love with the artwork. 😍
