Chad at the Pisst Fish is my artist for life. Chad is responsible for every tattoo I have and they are all so awesome I would struggle to ever pick a favorite. He always has great ideas for what to do next and I’m always blown away as it exceeds expectations every time. True artistic talent and skill. I’ve gotten several tattoos from Chad over the years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. In addition to his excellent work, he is friendly, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. Both Kevin, and Chad make an effort to get to know their clients, & make the experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this shop!

Omg love going to this place so far. Pretty soon getting another tat from here. Just got this one as a Christmas gift to me. They will tell you the meaning of your tat if you don’t know what it means.

Got my first tattoo here and it wasn't terrible but I still disliked the tattoo in the end. Ended up paying over $100+ and had terrible color shading. Don't think I'll ever be coming back to this tattoo shop again unfortunately. Currently looking for a better tattoo artist for a cover up or might just go for Lazer removal all together unsure yet but one thing is for sure very unhappy with finished result. The only thing I liked about it was the fact it reminded me of my deceased dog although it was originally SUPPOSED to be a howling wolf yet the finished result ended up looking like a dog that got bonked on the head and was seeing stars. Hopefully the next tattoo artist will make it look like it was SUPPOSED TO. Sad part was that it was a very simple tattoo design and they couldn't even do it right. Didn't even feel comfortable enough to tell the artist that I hated it but regardless was nothing they could've done I was scared that the artist would insist on fixing it and would end up making it look even worse. I just paid and walked out. My husband originally got a tattoo from the same guy and his Came out great but unfortunately mine didn't.

Got a tattoo from Chad a few years back. The staff are super friendly and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Based on their portfolio I was confident that they'd produce a quality product.

I have been getting tattooed by Chad since 2008 and I have known Kevin for around the same amount of time. Brian Gilley is a stand up guy as well and makes sure I’m taken care of when I walk in the shop if he’s the first person I see. I love these guys and I love getting tattooed at Pisst Fish. The shop is clean, comfortable and relaxing which is the perfect environment for getting tattooed. Chad always exceeds expectations and is truly talented. I have large areas of coverage and I am constantly complimented on how well my tattoos look which I couldn’t be happier about. I am still working on large pieces with Chad and the journey has been incredible. If you are looking to be tattooed in Western Mass, Pisst Fish should be your first choice! I’m very fortunate to have such an awesome shop with great people in my hometown.

Best place for any piercing!! Super clean and the placing and preciseness of all my piercings done here were excellent! Would not want to go anywhere else! I came in the shop for a consultation with a artist, the artist Brian was tattooing a woman at the time and had the curtain closed, I am a black man and I wanted a neck piece ,Kevin at the front desk took a picture of my neck and I sent images of the Phoenix piece I wanted , Brian without meeting me agreed to the piece and Kevin quickly booked my appointment and took a 60 deposit. The very next day I get a email from the shop saying they can’t do the full body of my Phoenix only the head and wing? Now I’ve been getting tattooed for twenty years I have tattoos all over my body many friends that own and work in shops in this country
And Canada one of my good friends tattooed season 5 of ink master =Angel , this shop are hustlers I came back to the shop and ask for a refund and Kevin gave me a hard time but gave me my money back , just because I put a deposit down doesn’t give you the right to change the tattoo I wanted especially without a brand new sketch of the new purposed piece it’s my body I decide what goes on , long story short these guys don’t know how to tattoo darker skin or black and grey and instead of saying that from day one insulted my intelligence and tried to change the tattoo without my consent and keep my deposit
I don’t care how long you’ve been tattooing if you can’t tattoo darker skin your not as good as you think you are !Don’t go to this shop there all about the money not customer service
