Got my daughter's ears pierced here. Seth was very friendly, attentive, and upfront. Does needle method of piercing, which, in my opinion, hurts less and goes faster. My daughter was happy with the results.

I got my septum pierced here a couple years ago and the guy pierced my cartilage way up inside my nose. Told me when the swelling goes down the piercing will drop.... not the case, took it out got it redone correctly somewhere else. 3 years later it's still not healed right and hurts. Would not recommend. 0 stars

Been going to Troy for 3 years and over 25 tattoos now with all of my work being done by Troy. Only to have to cut my losses and change shops. Repeated scheduling conflicts for multiple appointments. Multiple times being late for my appointments, once by over an hour. Rushing my tattoos. Over pricing me one day and under pricing me the next. Not writing me into the books when I scheduled or even double or triple booking over me after taking deposits. Not to mentions all the “free touch ups” I was told I could get yet never am able to schedule. They ignore messages, especially ones they don’t want to answer including my request to get my deposit back for a tattoo they cancelled on me. Ive sent numerous people to this shop and spent thousands of dollars only to have to recommend people stay away from Troy if they are looking for a professional artist in all aspects of the word. Very dissatisfied.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Seth does amazing work! He has done 2 tattoos for me and they are beautiful. He is very friendly and the shop is very clean also his prices are reasonable. I will be going back in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone!

The owner was very polite. He's good at what he does. I had my nose pierced and was happy with the result and the service. When the stud fell out, I went back. He happily put it back in for me no charge. He also gently made sure it wouldn't fall out again. They use gloves and the needles are indivually packaged. I'm considering getting my next tattoo there.

I had two tattoos done here about 6 months apart. They were great. Helped me tweak my design to make sure it worked well and lasted. I've had them for a bit over a year and the tattoos still look great. The shop was clean. It was very reasonably priced. It was a better experience than my first tattoo.

Seth did great work on me. The shop is small but it's cozy. He's very sterile and a professional at His job. His lines are fine and detailed and his prices underestimate the visit. In Western MASS and want ink? This is the place.

Troy did my tattoo and it came out Alright charged me 220 for a lil arm piece. I went and messaged him after thanking him but he thought I was going to complain so he didn’t even open the message, very unprofessional I overpaid a lot of money for that tattoo and if I did I’m fact have a problem with it I woulda came and made a scene after being ghosted and disrespected like that. Learn to treat your paying customers were paying you too much for your work anyways.

Had 3 inner ear catilage piercings done here. 2 of them, the cartilage was missed and rejected. The third immediately became very infected. My guess is because the piercer took the same banana bar out of the other daith piercing he missed the cartilage on previously and then pierced with it... I heal very well from most anything; especially piercings. This was so painful, I couldn't wait for the infection to heal before removing said jewlery.. Very disorganized piercer. I'd say not piercing safe.
