Brightside Tattoo Shop - Baltimore

I overall don't have any issues with the shop, it was a dope feel, I was helped quickly, they also have this awesome machine that you can get a random tattoo from(no I didn't utilize this) It was more so with my tattooer(I suppose that's the word to use) I unfortunately love my tattoo, but... 2 weeks after getting it - it has already faded in some spots. My tattooer - I felt like he wasn't 100% into it... And I get it maybe they just had a long day - but I expected 10/10 on such a simple tattoo and for some lines to be faded already hurts me - because I know the tattooer does great work(portfolio) I'm not sure the issue. I would recommend going here 10/10, as I am going back myself.

Had a HORRIBLE experience at brightside tattoo shop. Artist Kat did not deliver the tattoo as we discussed, I also received scarring due to poor technique (heavy handidness, tattooing too deep into the skin). We discussed coloring of my tattoo which initially she said could be done but once already in the process said the colors would not show. I wish she was honest from the beginning and I would have taken my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this shop to anyone I know. I now have to work with another artist to try and fix the issues or cover up that were incurred at this shop.

This shop is awesome! To be real with anyone reading this... theres only one small problem you may run into and its getting in touch with the shop. But it is what it is and the rest is all positive. Sergio was my artist and in my opinion hes the type of artist you want. Easy going. Very helpful with design ideas and placement. On top of that he was very quick and very nice. I would def go back to Brightside Tattoos agian.

Tom was amazing and I can say I’ve found my artist. The lines on his work are very crisp and I’m extremely happy. He was quick, friendly, and very talented. I highly suggest Brightside and will return

I love this place! They were sweet enough to take me as a walk in. Kike was wonderful to work with and gave me exactly what I wanted. Great experience; I can't wait to go back for another!

This place is fantastic. i called at 10 asking if they had space for walk-ins and arrived at 2:55. They had made an appointment with someone else at 3, but made sure to make space for me since I called ahead (they had no obligation to do that! But they were making sure I got what I came for). Everyone is super nice. The atmosphere is comfortable and the people work with you to make sure everything is to your liking. I got a handwriting piece, and it is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

The staff is welcoming and nice and the shop was exceptionally clean. In times of COVID, plenty of hand sanitizer and space between artists in order to maintain proper social distancing. Kike did an excellent job on my tattoo! Was in and out. Can't wait for my next appointment.

These guys were amazing! A group of us wanted tattoos while on vacation, so we called in and they made room for us last minute. Super nice staff, very friendly, and amazing artists. They took our ideas and put their own twist on them making the idea so much better. Shop is very clean. The guys did a great job, our tattoos look amazing!

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere, great vibes. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Shop was clean and tidy. Tom did an amazing job both with the tattoos and providing friendly and helpful reassurance. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking for a tattoo.
