Got my septum pierced here today and she did an awesome job. I was in and out pretty quickly and didn't feel a thing. Will be back in the future. I've also been in for a tattoo and it's healed up nicely. Can't say anything bad about the place.

I have had three tattoos here and every time was a very positive experience. They are busy, so call ahead and schedule an appointment. The artists I've worked with were Garret and Kevin and they both took time to do a really good job and helped me make sure the tattoo would look good for a long time.

the lady that pierces is pretty rude. she’s definitely not very empathetic and just wants to get you out of there as quickly as possible. in a position where clients are nervous it’s important to be empathetic. i give it two stars because my piercing has healed beautifully and looks good, but the experience wasn’t good.

I wish I did before going to Fine Line for a nose piercing. It was my birthday and my first piercing in a while. The lady was extremely rude and I felt rushed even though I was the only one there. I was pretty nervous about the piercing and I felt like I was annoying her with general questions. Do not recommend coming here!

The piercer I went to is a butcher! She was extremely rough and rushed through everything. She was not kind or gentle. She seemed very annoyed the whole time and made negative comments about my piercings and jewelry. I have been pierced at many places with much better experiences, so I won't be going back to her.

I’ve gotten pierced twice here and the piercer has absolute rancid energy. I don’t understand how someone can hate their job so much. I constantly hear bad things about them and if there were a decent piercer in Topeka no one would ever go here for piercings.

I went to get my tragus pierced today
..I was no impressed. I have 11 piercings and I have always seen the jewelry before. All I got told was “black gold or silver” and I said what’s the options and rudely got told the colors again..I got a hoop assuming it was going to be the typical push pin post and jewel. Will not be going back:(

First would like to say, if you plan on doing a walk-in tattoo, don’t do it. Tattoo artist was nice, but was more worried about finishing the tattoo in a hurry than he was worried about it looking good. Second, got my nose pierced, and it was not done correctly and the correct jewelry wasn’t even used. Got infected within a week. Last, I got my tongue pierced about a year ago, piercer didn’t even ask if I liked the placement, and it ended up not being centered.

The reviews about the woman doing the piercings are honestly spot on because that woman is RUDE. I got my first piercing done and she didn't explain a single thing to me, not the gauge or anything, and had an attitude the entire encounter. I felt rushed and stupid, which made my anxiety about it way worse. I had a problem with my piercing later and she wouldn't even look at it, even though they tell you to come back with any issues. Made me wait 20 minutes to refuse to see me or even hear my concern and made the desk person talk to me. Jewelry was cheap and my nose kept reacting to it until I got it changed with better quality. Piercing is also uneven and not flush with my nose. My friend was going to get another piercing done with me and refused because she didn't want to go back to her. I'll go to another place in town or drive to Lawrence if I have to before I go back. Sad too because everyone else I have interacted with was super nice and professional. Do not go here for piercings. Do not.
