I had a question about a tattoo I was wanting to get so I thought I’d reach out via Facebook messenger. I noticed they read my message and didn’t respond. I then messaged again and asked if it would be better for me to call and discuss over the phone, once again only read my message and didn’t respond. Thought it was a little rude, I expected more as I’ve been here previously and had a great experience but this makes me feel not welcome, will be looking somewhere else instead.

Audrey and Ashley do awesome work and create a great atmosphere. Ashley is currently working on a half sleeve on my leg and full sleeve on my arm. I give her a general idea and within a couple of days she shows me a complete custom design that is exactly what I wanted. You can tell they care that you like your tattoo now, will in 10 years and aren't just sticking something on you to make a buck.
