Went there today 30th December at 3:30pm and they were closed so I called them. The guy answered said they were having lunch, which is fine and all but dang, you can't take a minute to help out a customer. Was everyone eating at the same time and is it just one dude working there. Didn't say hey come back in 20 minutes and I'll get with you to see what you want. Guy sounded like he didn't want to be bothered lol so I went somewhere else, and I'm glad I did. I got hooked up with an appointment tomorrow so I'm good now. That's just bad business.

Never been here but this place sounds like it’s a place that’s great. This is more of like a question though.. so my uncle wants to get a tattoo in 2 months for his birthday but the thing is he speaks Spanish, so is there anyone that could assist him and speak Spanish at his appointment? (Obviously he hasn’t made the appointment yet👍)

Talented artists, awesome atmosphere. Always a fun, friendly, and professional experience. They are all very talented, and Gordo took the time to explain the importance of, and make sure I clearly understood the after care process so I wouldn’t cause damage while it heals. He also said he was booked at least a month out at the time, so clearly other people share my positive experience. I do strongly recommend you plan ahead and schedule an appointment in advance. Seems like common sense to me, and then I see someone complaining online about it.
