Ramon and Eric Ortiz are real dudes. I walked in with an (tattoo) idea in mind and let Ramon have his way with it. I’d never met these dudes before and after spending a few hours there I really felt like I’d been welcomed into their home and known them for years.

Mathew was very respectful, prompt, and friendly. His tattoo is did on me was very well done and I love it. Ramon was drunk, s*xually harassed clients, and made multiple r*cist and h*mophobic comments. When my friend expressed discomfort at being tattooed by him he proceeded to verbally harrass her and me and scream obscenities. He then proceeded to harrass me while i was still beimg tattooed and asked several times to tatttoo my neck with his name, and asked if I would shower with him - absolutely vile behavior. I would absolutely recommend Matthew but Raymon was disgusting and I will not set foot back into this shop.
The owner, who is conveniently enough is Ramon, keeps claiming it was a price dispute. I did not argue over price and even tipped Matt. As for the video he says he can post, I truly wish he would so everyone can see the cans of Hard Moutain dew he was downing especially if it has audio so everyone can hear the vile things he said to us and how bad the harrassment was.

Okay so I came in there with an idea of what I wanted and the guy turned it into something 10xs better I’ll definitely be coming back for all my other ones not to mention the whole energy and vibe in the shop was homie vibes I loved it felt comfortable af getting my first professional tattoo RECOMMEND ALL THE WAY !!

My tattoos are not complete yet because I cannot sit for very long at a time... But so far I LOVE them! The face on my thigh hurt so bad but Ray was super sweet about taking breaks and made me laugh throughout to make it seem less painful.

And to the post about "he talked about prison" or whatever... Some of the most creative minds are locked up wasting their talents. Why would you not support anyone who changed their life around to do good things and make an honest living? I say good for them! Don't be such a judgey jerk and you might be happier. You're setting yourself up for many disappointments if you only see the negative in life experiences!
