I have had two small tattoos done at Black Cloud within the past 6 months. I had a great experience both times! Tia, the owner, did my last tattoo, and she was awesome! I went in while they were doing walk-ins on a Saturday. The whole staff seems very nice, and the vibe is very laid back. The 80s theme is super nostalgic! Everyone seemed very professional. The shop was clean and sanitary, and Tia did an amazing job. It was a gentle, enjoyable experience. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who is interested in getting some work done.

This shop has one of the best atmospheres I've ever been in for a tattoo shop. It takes you back in time, yet it's so fresh and new feeling because everything is so well done and clean. I go to Tia but I know all the artists do great work. Tia is super personable and easy to collaborate with on what you're wanting done. She does great work. This is definitely the coolest shop I’ve ever been to. The vibe was great, everyone was super friendly and professional. I came from out of town for the grand opening and it was well worth the trip. My artist Cat did an incredible job and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Will definitely be back!

Kim did an amazing job on my tattoo! She sketched it up before hand and was willing to talk with me and change anything I wanted. She took her time with it and made sure it was absolutely perfect! I don’t know much about tattooing and she was willing to explain everything to me and how the colors will look which was much appreciate. I definitely recommend Kim at black cloud!

I saw an IG story stating Black Cloud was accepting walk-ins. I went on a whim & had an amazing time. Brandon was the artist that tattooed the flash tattoo I drew from the gumball machine. He was so kind & the tattoo looks amazing. I don't think it was the tattoo style that he's particularly used to (the tattoo was created by another artist in the space), but he killed it & I am so happy! The entire staff was so kind & positive. The entire vibe of the space was extremely positive. I will 100% be back to this studio and would definitely recommend.

I received the best possible experience for somebody getting their first tattoo! For starters the decor was absolutely gorgeous and gives you a great first impression, the staff are incredibly kind and absolutely helpful and they walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!!!!

After receiving my first and wonderfully colorful tattoo, I went back in with my partner to get her next tattoo to find my artist had left! Then less than 3 months later, her artist had left. I really have tried to give this business my money, but they keep mysteriously dropping all of their best artists for reasons unexplained by the company.
