I called and spoke to someone on the phone they were nice and answered all my questions they said to call back the following day to check availability for Donnie as he also does tattoos, I did. Then I came in after work to have my nose ring put back in. Nice clean place friendly staff! Donnie put it back in within minutes and he was very nice about it.

Came in after dinner hoping to get piercings done before trip. They said at the moment it'd be a little while before someone could take care of me.Filled out the paperwork and waited.Very nice gentleman came by and asked what I was piercings and jewelry preference. He then went to the piercer's area and got it prepped. Had me join him and reclined in chair. He cleaned my ears and prepped the needles. I got two helix on my right ear, very little pain, and another one my left. That one hurt quite a bit but the gentleman quickly but careful got stud in and it soon calmed down. Very quick, extremely professional and high level of hygiene.

I was tattooed here about 4 years ago and the people were amazing. They're losing 1 star because when I called them to see about getting my cheeks pierced they were very short and rude to me. They could have nicely told me that they didn't do cheek piercings but instead they chose to speak to me in a condescending manner. 4 stars.

I am a nice person and hate to talk bad about places but I had an awful experience here. I donβt recommend coming here for piercings. I usually go to Iron Age in STL and they do an excellent job all the time. I really needed my nose hoop changed back to a stud because it was getting irritated. The piercer didnβt even really look at my piercing when I said that it was irritated, I brought my old stud but was wondering what jewelry options they had, I ended up leaving with a nose stud that I hate. He cleaned my piercing with rubbing alcohol and you are not supposed to do that, was really rough when changing my jewelry and didnβt even act concerned when I said it hurt. Have never had any pain with jewelry swaps before. Also told me to clean it with antibacterial soap, your really only supposed to use saline solution. I am so upset and will be returning to Iron Age to get it changed from now on for sure.

I've come here 2 times in a few years (money pending) and will always go with Thomas. We are working on an WIP sleeve tribute for my cat and he is so amazing. And he rescues cats in his free time and understands the emotion behind the tattoo. My sleeve will only be completed by him. The prices are very fair, to the point I always throw on some for tip. Very clean and in tuned with his art but also the human canvas.

Brandon did a fantastic job on our tattoo. My best friend and I got similar tattoos to celebrate as well as have a memory together before she moved. We had a great experience and he was very helpful in while we were deciding on placement and scheduling.

Awesome experience. Artist took extra care with my tattoo as it was a very personal piece. 5/5, coming here for my next tattoo

tl;dr- i would not see Matt for piercing or stretching. i am in lots of pain
i hate to leave a bad review because everyone in the shop is always so so sweet! very professional and kind, but iβve only had bad experiences with my piercings at evermore. i got my bridge pierced about a month ago and it was immediately crooked. i mentioned it, but Matt told me it was just swelling. i never did end up having any swelling or bruising at all. it wasnβt painful and it healed the best out of any of my piercings, but a month later itβs still crooked and iβm absolutely sure it will stay that way. i ordered new jewelry for it and he changed it out for me, which i really appreciated. with a shorter bar itβs much less noticeably crooked, but it is a little off center. evermore is the only shop in my area with jewelry in stock (supply chain shortages) so i went back to get a 14g horseshoe ring for my septum. iβve had my septum pierced with a 16g ring for about 5 years, and recently decided to start stretching it. iβve stretched my ears to 1 inch and iβm familiar with the process, and i got some glass jewelry from a friend of mine whoβs also stretched their septum. i couldnβt get the smallest size in myself, and went to evermore to get a 14g ring since i figured my smallest glass retainer was probably a 12g. i brought my jewelry with me, and he looked at it and decided it was probably a 14g, so he very aggressively shoved it through my nose halfway, which gave me splitting pain worse than any tattoo iβve ever had. i asked him to stop, which he did, and then decided the jewelry was probably a 12g and to try the 14g ring instead, which is what i had wanted in the first place. the 14g ring went in with no trouble. i drove home feeling like iβd been punched in the face, and i still do 3 days later. iβve cleaned it twice a day since then and every time i do, i have new blood crusted on my septum. the piercing studio is always clean and they use sterile needles and jewelry, but i feel like a piercer should know not to stretch anything 2 sizes at once, especially cartilage. my nose is swollen and iβm just really put off by how aggressively a ring almost 3x the size of my piercing was shoved halfway through my cartilage. also sorry for such a weird picture, itβs the only one i have straight on with the long bar in

This is my second time I've been here. Still really happy with my tattoos. Donnie does a great job and is not heavy handed. The shop is nice and clean, a little on the cold side but that could be just me.
