Brought my daughter in today (her birthday) to have her ears pierced. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made her feel incredibly comfortable. Facility was spotless as well. Uploading our documents was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be back.

$50 for a nose piercing. Should’ve shopped around. Also the need for a birth certificate for my daughter caused them to lose my business. Not to mention overcharging me. I’ll never go back. Not warm and friendly at all. Go to AK Studios in Kankakee. Super friendly and $25 for a nose piercing. No birth certificate required.

Just got my Septum done today, Really clean, really nice looking place. Service was really fast though I went at like maybe 6, maybe 7? Still decent to walk in get it done and be on your way. Our Peicer was really friendly and nice, Im not sure if it was Hollie, or Holly? really cool person though. I wont lie I was nervous on the count of this being a peircing I was getting redone, but she was so friendly that I didn't feel like I had to worry about it. I highly Reccomend this place as I've gotten 5 peircings from here over the course of maybe 6 years? Have always felt like I was in good hands. They'll walk you through the process, clean everything as they go, so that kinda helps to calm your nerves too. Cool place, I highly reccomend. Thank you for all the peircings, glad to finally leave a review.

I went and got my doubles & cartilage pierced by Angie. She did such a great job. She was very kind, knowledgeable, sweet, gave details, and overall provided a great service. Literally one of the sweetest piercers I’ve had. If you’re wanting to get a piercing I would 100% recommend Angie. Loved her!

Got my first tattoo today was done by Jack. Super awesome experience. He definitely knows what he's doing and is a fabulous artist. He designed my tattoo to represent my daughters and I can't believe how good it looks. Was super nervous and the entire place is super welcoming. Did a walk-in for an piercing. They have certain days where you can do this otherwise you have to have an appointment. I think my piercer name was Angie and she was the sweetest. I was so nervous but she talked me through it. So far so good on my piercing. It think it's been about 5 weeks. I'm healing up good. If anything changes, I'll let you guys know.

I never got the girl who did my septum piercing on June 7th name but she was very considerate. I told her about my fear of needles and she completely hid it from me. She seemed to really pick up on me being nervous and stayed patient with my nervous tics. She was very sweet and I would love to come again if I have plans for any other service that comes to mind. Thank you to you, you made 20th birthday awesome that day. My nose is heeling nicely, already can't wait to put pretty ones in😅😊😊
