We called ahead to schedule an appointment for multiple piercings & was told we wouldn’t need one that their piercer was in & available. When we got there we sat there for 20 minutes & not a single person from the back even said hello. After waiting with no word from anyone we decided to leave, EXTREMELY disappointed, if you don’t have time just say that. We drove over 45 minutes one way just to go here. HUGE let down!!
