Went in for a white plumeria with a pink outline and a yellow center (see image attached). Todd confirmed the design with me before making the stencil, but somehow ended up tattooing something that looked nothing like the original design on my skin. It's missing lines, has random black ink in outlines, and is YELLOW all over instead of white. When I pointed out these issues on the spot, he said it was "too late" and to wait a few weeks for it to heal and lighten up. After waiting, I contacted the shop for a refund via e-mail and left multiple messages; the shop owner finally got back to me promising a refund and I've heard nothing from him since. I'm guessing this is why they only accept cash, so they can scam tourists. Now I've had to pay out of my own pocket to go get it fixed, and even so it can never be white like I originally wanted. My fixed tattoo looks so much better and it cost the same ($120). Even the artist who fixed it couldn't help but laugh at how bad it was. Please be wary of this shop.

Glad I didn’t get tattooed there. When I arrived Rebecca told me she was way to high to tattoo a simple Sailor Jerry design. Good luck with your tattoo career. I prefer a professional anyway.

My dad god a huge piece done at this shop 5 years ago and I came back 2 years ago to get a piece while on Vacation.
I now live in Kona and brought some friends to TC tattoo over the weekend to get some small ink and they can’t stop talking about how cool the guys are and how clean the tattoos were and are already planning to go back everytime they need new ink
