This was my 3rd time here. I brought my friends here visiting to get a piercings. The lady who does the piercing today was extremely RUDE! Sheβs done 2 of my piercings and was really nice the times I was there.
Iβm not sure what was going on this time around. But I extremely disappointed on how disrespectful she was to me & my friends. How she treated me and my friends was not okay. I will not be coming here anymore and I do not recommend her services!

Made appointments for my daughter and g daughter for a nose ring peircing .
Confirmed several x about documents bring as my under 18 daughter would need verification of consent . We brought birth certificate verification as told , We arrived and was told the girls needed their " ID'S . Who trembles with a student ID?? We asked many x and planned our day around this appointment and it was a waste of our day !!

Scratched one off the bucket list with my visit to the Ink Pit and Jack did a terrific job. I had held these designs in a drive file for between ten or twelve years, but retirement finally prompted me to take the plunge. Very happy with the results!

I have several tattoos from various artists but jack was by far my favorite. He and Lisa went above and beyond for me and my husband and truly saved our honeymoon after a confusing mix up on our end. Jack's line work is perfection and his personality is great too. If we ever get the chance to come back to Hawaii we will 100% be coming back to this shop. Thank you both for an awesome experience

Piercing is decent. My daughter loves this place. Wife had a nose piercing retightened and it fell out shortly after. Never had an issue with it since she got it in Japan. Spent $800 on a tatoo for my daughter and it was very average. Won't mention the artist but we are looking for a do over elsewhere after the Ink Pit artist failed twice.
