Peggy is awesome! Came in to get a โyear of the pigโ tattoo! About a month prior had sent some ideas to Peggy, and at the last minute made a request that she easily able to add into my design. The day of my appointment she was very patient with trying to help me figure out my placement and if I wanted to do it in color or not. The whole experience was comfortable, Peggy makes it easy to talk about anything under the sun and checking to make sure if I needed a break. The shop itself is clean and comfortable. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional! I highly recommend 808 Tattoo Honolulu!!

I came here while on vacation and Jack was my artist. He did a great job with the design based on a couple reference photos I had sent, and it was a good experience. I got an appointment setup less than 2 weeks in advance, so if you're looking for a quick ink, you can probably get in on short notice here! Highly recommend

Got my septum pierced here, they did such an amazing job talking me through every step, this was my first piercing aside from my lobes so I was nervous. But they took their time and walked me through every step. Shop was clean and everyone was super friendly, will definitely come back and get more piercings!

This tattoo shop has 2 locations in which artists seem to move between. My siblings and I went to the location in Kaneohe initially, put down a deposit for later that week. When I went back to speak with the artist himself as he was not on the website (Brandon) he was very difficult to speak and deal with regarding simple inquiries, at which point I decided to change artists. I called and spoke with Nick who was very kind regarding my request and gave me a work around. When we went in for our appointment on Friday at noon we were advised that they had NO artists available at that location, keep in mind I had been in communication with that location only 15 minutes prior. It shouldโve been mentioned then. Regardless, the woman at the desk was kind and offered us to go to the other location in Honolulu and that they had available artists there and even gave us a $40 gift certificate for the inconvenience. However, when we arrived at this location in Honolulu and advised we had been sent from the other location, the gentleman at the front was very kind but the artist Anthony behind him immediately jumped on the opportunity to say he wouldnโt be able to help us for at least 2 hours. Keep in mind weโve now been canceled on and drove 45 minutes out of our way. He was extremely unprofessional and rude when it was completely uncalled for as there was a simple resolution. Ivan was the artist who ended up helping me and he was so kind and understanding, I am so happy he was there to really right the other wrongs. He did an amazing job on my tattoo! The owner Billy also offered an apology for the inconvenience of having to change locations though Iโm not sure he knew the extent of the frustration it had caused. Overall, Iโm pleased with the majority of the service and definitely the work. If you get the opportunity to see Ivan, please do!
