Went here as a walk in last Nov 2021. James did my tattoo. I did purchase some numbing cream from Amazon and rubbed that on the area I wanted to use practically all day prior to getting the tattoo. I love the decor in the parlor - Marilyn Monroe inspired. Super clean. He was very thorough in the process. I had a Google image and showed that to him and he printed up mock ups to show me and I decided based on that. The tattoo process was soooooo relaxing and smooth. The cream helped a lot and I felt no pain. He was very sterile in the process. I loved the finished product. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tattoo parlor and James the tattoo artist. He has a good aura. Fair pricing!

First the experience of being in this place inspired the tattoo. My artist “James” is down to earth, genuine, and all around an incredible human being. Like most people we want someone we can connect to. It was exactly that!
James and his family made me feel like family!
I recently been playing guitar a lot more and became obsessed with it. Also I love Disney so he came up with a Disney guitar!
Being an artist is about trusting your artist and allowing them to do their job.

I loved the atmosphere and the people are nice. I had an outstanding experience and have told my husband he needs to visit here. The tattoo is amazing and the artist Bo was very professional. Thank you so much and I will be back. This is a cover up also. Second tat for my nephew who passed this year. Beautifully done by Bo as well and I love it.

I absolutely loved my experience with Lee. as a tattoo virgin, she made me feel comfortable, safe, and heard. She is very personable and is an amazing advocate! I DM’d her on Instagram and we had a conversation of what I was thinking of. She drew a mock-up and we had our consultation! She applied the stencil and it was exactly what I’ve been picturing for the past year. She did an amazing job and I could not be more happy with the work she did.

I have had two tattoos from here and both have been amazing!! I came in as a walk-in today for Friday the 13th and everyone was really efficient but it didn’t feel rushed and they were super sanitary! I loved the tattoo that I got and I’ll will keep on going here for my tattoos!!

Highly recommend Untold Pain! Very clean studio, love the decor. The staff was very friendly & courteous. James was my artist & he was amazing. He showed me his sketch of what I wanted & was very accommodating as we made a few changes. They made me feel very relaxed & at home, James was amazing at asking how I was doing & his apprentice, Cheyenne was great also. There was a moment when I had to take a break and it was all good! Very laid back, easy going and great conversation. James is an amazing artist and person. Love everyone in the studio and can’t wait to get back there for more art! Well done guys!!

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Untold Pain! Came in with two family members looking for walk-in appointments and each one of us was accommodated by Bo! He even stayed for a few hours after normal closing because of my schedule and his work was well worth it. His line work was crisp and clean and the overall experience was great. The shop itself was clean, well decorated, and the owner, James, was also working late. I will definitely get more work done with them in the future!
