Fantastic experience at Southern Grace when we had our daughter's ear pierced for her birthday. Our decision was made on going to Southern Grace when researching other places the owner took the time to explain that she requires not only parental consent but proof of guardianship or a copy of our child's birth certificate before she would consider piercing her ear. Their prices were comparable to other tattoo and piercing studios, but their professionalism and kindness was just above what I was expecting.

Santana ~ Thank you for today and the piercings you did for me!!! Not only were you extremely professional, the experience was comfortable, and our conversation was great! Andrew (sp?) did a tattoo on me over 2 yrs ago and he was there today and was able to show him that the tattoo still looks great now and may want to do more with it…good to see him! Very clean and professional environment. Very friendly artist and staff. Got a tattoo done behind my ear and this was the least painful tattoo I’ve ever gotten. The artist was very light handed & took his time. Always asked if I was okay. I almost fell asleep because of how comfortable I was. Highly recommend

I’ve held off on this review for a while, but I think it’s time I post it to help others. I have nearly 20 tattoos, and I went in there at the end of last year to get a new one. I saw the work each artist did and was confident in their abilities. I explicitly asked for a female tattoo artist, was told they had one and got set up with one, and then arrived and they set me up with a guy. Whatever, I figured I’m there so I’ll do it. This dude took 3 smoke breaks for my 30 minute tattoo. His lines were uneven, and it was filled in very poorly. My skin takes ink very well and I’ve never had this issue before. I had another artist fix it a few months later, so now it’s liveable, but I was so disappointed with my experience here. Friends have great tattoos from this place, I believe Andrew is the one who has done most of my friends work and he seems to be the go-to guy here.

I have never been treated so rudely! This place deserves negative stars and no business. The mask mandate has been lifted for how long and while they require one still-which is fine-they don’t have them to give. We didn’t have one so were willing to go buy one if they could take us today, but when we asked if they would be able to see us today, she said she wouldn’t even answer a question until we got a mask-we we’re about 15 feet from anyone and they wouldn’t even say if they could see us today!!! Never in a million years would I give this place, who so clearly could care less about customers, a single cent !! Stay away!! On top of it, she was completely rude and condescending!!

I went here to get my navel re-pierced. She stressed her willingness to answer any questions I have and went over all of the aftercare process. She also got it over with quickly so that it was significantly less painful than the first time I had it done. Would absolutely recommend this place :)

I love the environment here. Everyone is laid back and real. I'm extremely happy with the touch up work done and look forward to completing my artwork with them. Definitely recommend for your permanent art choices.

So professional and clean. She did my piercings and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions in regards to the piercing process even my silly ones. Lol. The whole vibe of the place is so welcoming. I will definitely come back for all of my future piercings

I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and she was so sweet, patient, explained the whole process and when it was time for the needle to go in it was over before it could even start. My 5 year old didn't flinch it was so quick. She gave clear instructions afterwards and even let her keep the squishy that she gave her to squeeze while she got the piercings. I'll for sure take her sister here when she asks to get her ears pierced.
