Definitely somewhere I would HIGHLY recommend to my friends and anyone looking to get him, or her, a tattoo or body piercing. Rather it's gonna be their first , or to add to their collection. so it's a very clean place, and I'm sure it's a great place for tattoos, however my piercing experience was below average. I got my septum here and now that it's healed (and has not migrated) I realize it was pierced wrong. not only that, but when I was calling to make the appointment to get pierced it came off as if she was bothered that I was calling (since their online scheduling link wasn't working). getting the actual piercing I felt very comfortable and she had great costumer service in-person but that doesn't diminish the fact that she straight up pierced through my cartilage. it's also crooked in every single way that it could be crooked. I'll have to get it repierced if I want it to look right. Oh and it hurt SO bad getting pierced while other people usually say their septum was their easiest facial piercing.
I do want to mention that the shop is a very clean and comfortable environment and again, I'm sure it's a great place for tattoos considering the reputation of Craig Foster (who I actually admire a bit from his time on ink master). I just personally had a less than great experience getting pierced.

A coworker suggested this place to me. I got bilateral daith piercing. The place was nice and clean. The employee was friendly. It hurt like hell, but I was warned. I don't care for the jewelry that was placed, I wish I had an option or I thought to bring my own...also the piercings seem to be uneven..

The place was very nice and clean which I loved. They also had a sitting room with books of each artist work. The only thing I could say that's a negative is the person doing a naval piercing on someone under the age of 18 didn't come out in the lobby to introduce themselves to me which would have been nice since they didn't allow me to go in the back with her.

Craig, Michael, Joseph and MJ were awesome. Very clean and welcoming. Joseph did my tattoo he gave me exactly what I wanted and made it extremely detailed. I would recommend him to anyone. He will be doing my sleeves along with my husband's. He also did a large tattoo for my husband and it looks just as awesome. I can't wait to have him finish my sleeves!

got a bellybutton piercing done by MJ! she was so sweet and i loved her energy! definitely a good choice for getting my first piercing by myself, and she made sure to check on me after the piercing was done. i love this place and all the people in it, very professional!
