I was greeted by front desk who was very nice and helped me decide on what type of piercing jewelry was available for my heliux piercing on each ear. Prices were good and Kevin (I think that was his name) was awesome and explained the aftercare and did a great job. I thought they were going to hurt but it was quick and just a small pinch like he said. It was my first time there and I was completely satisfied with the treatment and also the service provided. Will be coming back for another piercing and also a tattoo on both arms but will have to wait until after my surgery.

I went with my sister and her daughter my niece, we entered the new location and was so happy the got a larger shop. If you want a great tattoo this is your spot. It's clean, professional and very friendly. I've been going there 20 plus years and so far my best tattoo artist was my last one Adrian. Check it out yourself and ENJOY

I didn’t get much, just a Roman numeral 1 as part of a sibling tattoo since I am the oldest. But they took us in pretty last minute and there were about 6-7 of us and took excellent care of us. Highly recommend this shop and it’s incredible artists/staff!

The wife and I stopped by Saturday to check on cost of some piercings. Met with the woman working the front who was very helpful. She answered all our questions and I ended up getting a septum piercing and my wife got her nose pierced. Kevin the guy who did the piercings was very good. Both were friendly and knowledgeable...no complaints.

Got my septum pierced a few months ago. Piercer did an ok job (originally very crooked but it healed straight after a few weeks) but the customer service was pretty bad. Called twice afterwards, months apart, with follow up healing/piercing questions and each time met with attitude from the woman/women who answered the phone. They seemed irritated, snappy, and clearly
inconvenienced to answer the phone. Over all unwelcoming and unprofessional customer service. Found a different shop with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff to help me who I will be going to in the future. I wouldn't recommend this place just because of the unwelcoming and off-putting reception. Vibes have changed since a few years ago. 😕
