Went in for my first piercing and I had Dan, he was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. There were roughly 3-4 people in front of me and I didn't even wait an hour. He was efficient and explained the after care very well, I love my piercings.

The environment was clean. Hot and uncomfortable waiting room. Seats were terrible, no music or screens. Very awkward. Also weird, there is no one there to meet customers. Becomes confusing and annoying for waiting customers when new customers come in. Otherwise, they did a great job. The piercer Dan Brown did a smashing job interacting with customers, explaining the process, spot on placement on my daughter's tongue ring, great aftercare instructions. He was thorough, efficient, pleasant and professional. Would definitely go to him for anything substantial. Dan Brown, highly recommend 👌

Rose happened to give me and my girlfriend each a tattoo and did a great job on both. She’s fast but doesn’t rush anything, she pays attention to detail and gets it right the first time. She even touched up on a previous tattoo I had that needed more ink. Fair pricing as well.

Came as a walk-in for an urgent nose piercing matter. The piercer Steve-O was friendly and helpful and I was in and out without having to spend a ton of money. The place was clean and Steve-O seemed very hygienic in his process. Thanks!

Don’t go to this place. We read wonderful reviews about Dan and I got my rook pierced and my friend got her Industrial Bar pierced. After one day I got a skin infection from it and had to go on antibiotics for it. My friend also got a skin infection and had the ear reject it. She went to another professional who took one look at it and said she did not have the ear anatomy for a bar piercing. Spent $160 just to have to take it out and throw it away. She wasn’t even able to salvage the cartilage hole because of the swelling. We tried calling Orlando Tattoo company just for the phone number not even to work so now we have no way to get in touch to request a refund.

I went here for my first tattoo and Ildar completely took care of me. He gave me recommendations and helped me choose where I should get my tattoo. He was very good and the tattoo came out great. Pricing wasn't bad at all either costing me 180 for it. I 10/10 recommend this place to anybody getting theirs done for the first time.

I went to see Dan to have my ears pierced a second time! Dan is knowledgeable, friendly, CLEAN (he always sanitizes everything) and professional. I highly recommend visiting him for any of your piercing needs. He has been doing this for years and truly cares about the customer in mind. He gave me a list and guidelines of how to properly take care of my ears thus to avoid infection and he recommended a few products as well! If you need someone to do a simple piercing or something outside the norm, Dan is the man!

Really happy with this place! Dan did my 14 year old daughter's piercing and he was very gentle, friendly and informative. The place was tidy and the rooms were very private. Would definitely go back! Only thing that kept it from being 5 stars was that the website wasn't working and I typically prefer to schedule online.

It was actually an earring removal. The back was stuck and I couldn’t remove it. Actually tried to use pliers that damaged it further. I called and spoke with Steveo who personally worked on this earring removal and was so fabulous. So professional and confident. I’m glad I went to their shop and highly recommend their service there on east colonial.
