I went in to talk with someone about getting my first tattoo. I knew exactly what I wanted and had refrence photos but the person I spoke to said they wouldn't be able to do a walk in (understandable) and that I needed to reach out online to speak with the owner about doing my tattoo. I reached out that friday and was left on read but figured they might be busy with the holidays so I waited till Monday to reach out again in case they'd just lost track of me and was left on read again. It's now been a week since the first message I would assume after coming in person and reaching out twice they would at least touch base with me to let me know they have been busy or something. Not a great exsperience as a first timer. The guy I spoke to in the shop was very nice and I sat in while he did a friend of mines tattoo previously and he was a big reason why I decided on this shop. I wish I could remember his name so he could at least get a positive review out of this.

Absolutely top notch place, always a comfortable vibe with all the artists and the atmosphere! Very reasonable prices and scheduling. I have been using the same artist from here named Thor and everytime have been more and more impressed with his work! Great guys! Give them a call and get you something soon! You won't regret it!

I had two horrible experiences at this place I went to get a nose piercing at this location twice, the first time I went they gave me a nose ring that was too small so the nose ring sunk in through my nose. However I went back a second time the young lady assured me it wouldn’t happen again seeming as though she gave me the same size nose ring again and the same thing happened only this time it was twenty dollars more. Last week I went into the shop and explained to them what had transpired only for them to tell me the manager wasn’t in smh.

I went in today and got my Medusa pierced. I arrived before the piercer was scheduled to be there but the time difference wasn't too crazy so I waited with a friend that came with me. In the time I waited two tattoo artists apologized for my wait multiple times and were super friendly. One artist, I didn't catch his name, offered to get the paperwork set up and everything ready that way when Erin got there we could get it going. When Erin arrived she apologized for the wait and was super friendly and polite. The process took maybe 10 minutes. Everyone was awesome. Really professional, super nice. On my way out I spoke to Justin about doing some tattoos and I look forward to going back next month and having him do tattoos for my husband and me. (:

The guy was vary professional and friendly. I visited them for a tongue piercing, he made sure it was a breeze I would definitely recommend them to someone who is looking to get a piercing !.

Everyone that worked here was so friendly and I wasn’t expecting to be able to get my tunnel out of my ear past 8pm, but two amazing gents helped me get it out (unfortunately I didn’t catch their names) but I’m so thankful for the help getting my cross threaded tunnel out!
