This has been the best experience ever having a tattoo done. Johan and Monica, owners of the place, welcome me very kindly, friendly and professional! Monica gave a whole tour of the store and i was totally impressed for the neat, well organized and beautiful art in the wals of this incredible tattoo store. My tattoo artist Melanie, not only did an amzing design, she went above and beyond to understand the importance of this tattoo for me. She was so kind, so sweet, so delicate and more, that definitely she will keep being my Tattoo artist from now and on. Also i had the pleasure to meet Jhon, another tattoo artist and appreciate his amazing work. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS TATTOO STORE WITH ALL MY HEART!! I walked in one day and I talked with a tattoo artist called Samuel and brainstormed a couple of ideas I had. I think the best thing he did for me was make me think through my options so I could have a piece I really wanted and not something just because of the excitement. We planned an appointment for 2 days later and now I have my favorite logo from my favorite game on my arm. Samuel did a 10/10 job it just looks amazing with or without camera tricks. Also really nice person to talk to when you are sitting in a chair for 3 hours while getting stabbed.

I loved the atmosphere of the studio and it was so clean and organized. The music there was so great and all of the employees were very kind and helpful. My tattoo artist, Christy, did such an amazing job and made me feel super comfortable there. I will definitely be back!!

Went to get a younger family member (15yo) a cartilage piecing. Piercings are done on the second floor - which wasn't easy to find. When I called, they said they were closing 2 hours early so I asked if the piercer would be there until then. I rushed over. Piercer denied doing the cartilage piercing despite mom being present because she can't do it on anyone under 18. I asked even with a parent? She said no. I called another shop and researched it, turns out with parent approval, she can. I understand if the piercer was tired or didn't feel like dealing with a last minute piercing. But don't lie about it. The person who answered the phone should've asked the piercer to call back. Basically, it was a waste of time and much more frustrating than it needed to be.
Update: Per the responders' own link: "an establishment may not perform body piercing on a minor under the age of 16 unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as specified in section 381.0075, Florida Statutes." ... Maybe you should read the website you sent.

Just terrible. I hate writing negative reviews but in this instance I had to. All my piercings were done wrong. And I got A LOT. I got three lobes on each side and also a daith. My lobes were uneven and crooked. And my daith is completely sticking outwards. They are healing terribly. Even after using saline solution twice a day and even using antibiotics because it is swollen from how poorly this was done. Im extremely disappointed considering that I spent 300+ dollars in total. I do not recommend this place at all.

I'm usually a very anxious, quiet and panicky person but the people at this shop were really nice and made me feel really at ease without even trying. The shop was beautiful in my opinion, just overall neat and stylish especially the wood panel walls. Even though we weren't talking much to each other while he was working on the tattoo, Chris' presence was very comforting. The tattoo itself came out great, just like how I envisioned it. I was really happy with the whole experience overall. :)
