I had my ear lobes re-pierced by Jay, and the whole experience was wonderful. I had let my holes close due to irritation from an undiagnosed nickel allergy. Now that I know the culprit, I decided I wanted to wear earrings again. Jay assessed the state of my existing (mostly closed) holes and recommended that we start fresh, as one of them was very off center and the other was at an angle that made putting earrings in difficult. Jay was kind, patient, and explained every step both before getting started and during the process. I always knew what was happening and what to expect. The studio was clean and organized, and the staff takes appropriate safety precautions. They had a nice selection of jewelry at multiple price points. I will be back to redo my 2nd earlobe holes!

Me and my girlfriend Flora came in 1/29/23 for a labret. We both were impressed by the experience. How the shop is laid out, pricing, but especially the people. Ryan at the front desk was very easy to talk to and made us feel welcome. Jay is obviously experienced in his craft with 20+ years of piercing. He was very patient with my questions regarding aftercare, and super knowledgeable.

Jay was great with our 9 yo kiddo who was getting her ears pierced for the first time. Professional, approachable, clean, knowledgeable. And the front desk goddess was lovely and informative and super helpful. Highly recommend.

I came in to talk to a Tattoo Artist about covering up some old work that I wasn't loving anymore.. The whole process was great. Matt Hart immediately took time to talk to me right then about some ideas and to learn what I was looking for. He took some photos and we setup a consultation for a week out. He shared his sketches and ideas over email and we met in person to make decisions and plans. I gave him very little to go on but he came up with a couple options, one of which was an anatomical heart. When he said it I was already shaking my head (on the inside), but when he showed me, it blew my mind. Not just because of how cool it looks but his insight into how representative it is of some of the personal details I shared with him. We made plans for two sessions although he wasn't certain if he would do the work in 1 or 2 sessions. He was super accommodating of my travel schedule and today was session number one.

He does AMAZING work, is super present, and I think an extremely genuine person who doesn't take himself too seriously but demonstrates very high integrity which I really appreciate. We had great conversation (at least from my perspective) and he was regularly checking in on me to make sure I was good.

I feel bad that I've forgotten her name but the woman who is maybe the manager and worked the counter was also awesome. She even offered to get us coffee on a Starbucks run (I took her up on that).

Our go-to place for piercings. The counter staff are amazing and they have a good selection of jewelry. The piercing services are professional, clean, and affordable.

Employees working behind the counter are different every time I go in. This time there was a tall woman with dark hair behind the counter that was super rude and unhelpful. A guy with long hair was called over to try and help but only offered info I already knew from previous visits. Typical “too cool for school” attitude from both employees that you find in a lot of tattoo/pierce shops unfortunately.

I had a great experience getting my conch done. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Disappointed, i booked an appointment online with their piercer for a septum piercing a few weeks out and paid the deposit online. I showed up the day off the appointment August 23rd and the Piercer was not there that day and had called in and i was not notified, which is fine. I asked for my deposit back in person and was told it wouldn't be an issue. I have emailed them multiple times as well even through the contact us option on their site and i have only been ignored and my deposit has not been refunded to me. Will not be returning for other tattoos or piercings.

Jay S. did a great job, He definitely knew what he was doing, and he distracted me by talking to me through the whole appointment. He reassured me that the pain wasn't as bad and that everything was going to be fine. Very good service, respectful, and patient staff. Highly recommend.
