Save your money and buy nice jewelery instead of footing the bill for this place. They make the majority of their money taking advantage of young girls desires to have shiny things that in reality are worth less than copper. My daughter noticed they had a sales event, code for hustle, buy 3 get 3 free. That alone is a scam because everything is mark different prices, so if you have 6 items ranging from 9.99 to 19.99 and 6 items under 9.99, sure you get 6 items free, but not of equal value. Skip the trip, save the dough, you'll be disappointed with the quality and the price.

Mandy and Santana are AMAZING will make sure you never leave Claire’s or icing unsatisfied. They will go above and beyond the needs of everyone and they always have such a great attitude and always recommend new items to me and my step daughter. They truly take pride in everything they do from keeping the store extremely neat and clean to creating such a truly amazing customer service experience EVER time we go in!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got my son's ears pierced and they answered all our questions were good with him and worked with our price range. Very happy with them.

Highly Recommend! We got denied service somewhere else's and came here instead... Wow what a great experience we had, specially our daughter who's been wanted to have her ears pierced for the first time. Very nervous but the lady(forgot her name) was so sweet and gentle and so patient with our daughter. Everything was smooth and fast. I would come here first to get any little girl their ear pierced.

One of the cashiers called security on me because I was looking at jewelry. The small box had faux gadges in them and they were hidden behind the cardboard inside the small box so I took them out to see what I was buying and she called the security on me. Which, you cannot do unail I put it in my pocket or walked out. Which I didn't do either.
