I had an amazing experience at Black Oak. I am from out of town and had booked my first tattoo with a different company and found out the day before my appointment that it wasn’t going to work out due to a family emergency. I knew it was a long shot to find somewhere else that would take a last minute client, but I walked into Black Oak and the studio was stunning and Noah was so kind and ready to help me. He let me come in the next day for an appointment and did an INCREDIBLE job on my tattoo. I will 100% be coming back to Black Oak for another tattoo next time I’m in Fort Collins. Their facility was so beautiful (so many amazing plants!), clean, and professional and Noah was so talented. 100% would recommend!

Followed Clint here from his previous studio. I was fortunate to get on his books and as always he delivers top tier work. Shop is clean, comfortable, and very professional. Other staff were attentive and welcoming. Much nicer studio than others in town, just a very chill spot to get work done. Great experience, great service, would recommend.

Everything about this place and the experience was enjoyable. The shop was super clean and had such a cool vibe. Douglas was incredibly professional AND did such amazing job. His line work is phenomenal. Pricing is affordable as well, even for last minute tattoos! He took my friends and I as walk-ins. He went above and beyond by drawing 3 different tattoo style options, re-placed the stencil twice to make sure I liked the position, and was incredibly detail oriented when tattooing. Very clean and comfortable shop!! My two friends and i stopped in because we seen a tattoo sign and just walked in spur of the moment and got tattoos for the day. You never know what you’re going to come out with when just walk into a random shop like “hey let’s get tattoos!?” I do believe we have stumbled across the best artist in town.
