Evan at space coyote tattoo is amazing at what he does I’ve got all my tattoos from him he did a cover up for a tattoo that I had gotten from someone else and it looked completely different after he was done I plan to get a lot more from this talented artist I’ve had some custom pieces done and some of his own pieces and I love work he does he is very patient with his customers 10/10 recommend Space Coyote Tattoo!!

Evan worked me in pretty quickly during our weekend stay at The Stanley. He was super professional and super great and informative! Great art, great job, great atmosphere! Highly recommend!

I contacted them last minute about getting a tattoo of my chefs knife. Evan was extremely responsive and professional. He helped me decide on placement, size, and shading, which I am happy I deferred to his judgment. He was a really cool guy and I am very happy with my experience and my tattoo! Do recommend!

What an incredible experience! The cozy studio has art on display from both artists which really adds to the ambience and is located in the heart of Estes Park! Both artists have unique styles and are able to create custom pieces that will have you excited you came to them!

Ian went above and beyond to create an original piece of art that I proudly get to wear! He listened to the details that I was hoping to achieve and nailed the design! We took the day to create his masterpiece and his endurance as a tattoo artist was top notch!
My tattoo is healing beautifully and I will continue working with him for years to come!

I wish I would have read the reviews on this shop before I went in. The guy working here seemed super irritated that he had to move from his painting and was very obviously high. I mean whatever artists preference I guess but when we asked if they tattooed minors he got pretty high and mighty so we skipped my sons tattoo idea and we’re still inquiring about mine which he then refused to do unless he could make it 5 times the size which in turn made it a way higher price than what it should have been. I get Estes is more expensive than my home town but this was just ridiculous. He very obviously only wanted to do what he wanted and told me my tattoo was impossible to do. We ended up finding another shop down the street who had amazing customer service and did an amazing job on my tattoo for a very reasonable price…if you’re in Estes skip these guys and call Redrum Tattoo!

I had an experience today that I never thought would happen to me. I came to High Desert Tattoo because I already have one tattoo done by Evan that I love! I came in today and he did a fantastic tattoo. Once I got home, I realized that one word on my tattoo was miss-spelled. Now, I am not positive that it was my fault or Evans. I emailed Evan and he apologized for the mistake. He gave me a full refund and even offered to do a free cover up. I appreciate that he was quick with his responses and that we were able to come up with a quick solution to my issue. (That is why I am giving it 3 star review instead of a 1). I wanted to leave this review as a warning. I loved my 1st tattoo that Evan did. If you are going to get any words done DOUBLE CHECK his spelling. Do not make the same mistake I did. I will most likely not be coming back to this shop, but I do appreciate that Evan was able to help me and give me a refund for the mistake.

I've had alot of tattoo work done over time. High desert has been the best experience I've had. Very relaxing studio. All the artists are very talented and articulate with their work. Just a wonderful experience in general and the artists really know their craft. I trust them and highly recommend this studio!

I had an amazing experience, I made an appointment in advance and had a tattoo in mind when I went in I told them that it was my first so they didn’t recommend I get that for my first and I totally respect it. Got my first tattoo here and everything was amazing. Evan shared his knowledge to ensure that we were making an informed decision and to make sure our tattoos would last. The atmosphere in the shop is so calm and laid back! Not to mention both Evan and Angelina are super friendly and easy to talk too. Quick and efficient and the work was beautiful. Thanks guys!!
