Dead Drift is full of incredible artists and they’re all such great humans. Highly recommend contacting them for a consultation. Had the pleasure of working with Matt Hamlet who was friendly, professional, and the piece turned out amazing. The detail is beyond what I imagined and I’m so happy with it. I went to Amanda for a small fine line tattoo. It turned out perfectly! I really appreciated how she let me be very involved in getting the design exactly how I wanted it and placed exactly where I wanted it. She was SO patient and never made me feel rushed or bad as I was making decisions. Highly highly recommend!

Her incredible work of animals is what initially drew me to her, as I was planning on an animal being my next tattoo. The piece she did for me is detailed and it came out perfect. Five star service and everything else because the employees were all really professional. This was my first big and color piece which took time. I was very comfortable during the entire process and enjoyed the great tunes to take my mind off the pen. I'm in awe of how intricate the detailing is of the pine trees and trout tail. The line work on the Dead quote is crisp.
A shout out to AJ and his wife for making this happen for me. I feel truly fortunate to wear your art.

Anna is absolutely wonderful to work with! I came across her profile on instagram (@anna.figallo) and messaged her to set up an appt. When my appt came around, she had the stencils ready and took her time to adjust the position and fine tune the outline to fit around my knee perfectly. When she started tattooing she was so gentle and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. You can really tell she's passionate about what she does and wants you to have the best tattoo experience possible!

Felt compelled to write a review regarding @anna.figallo (insta) after her awesome accomodation and service. We messaged her the night before my friends and I wanted to get three matching line work wildflower tattoos (2 on ribs, 1 arm) ((pardon my bad tattoo etiquette, it was my last day of vacation here))
She stayed late for us the day of the appointment and had a beautiful custom drawing ready for us that we agreed upon immediately.
It was my friends first tattoo (rib placement) and Anna was so attentive and positive. She encouraged our feedback on placement and design. She was also super fun and kind!
Her line work was beautiful: perfect depth, precise, and super clean. She worked quickly and knocked out all 3. Her Instagram demonstrates that she can do a variety of styles, but she said she really loves doing flowers 🌼
We're all super happy with the whole experience and tattoo, my friend had an awesome first tattoo experience. I would highly recommend her work!

Dead Drift Tattoo is my go to spot in Denver, Colorado! I have gotten 5 tattoos done now here (I have attached two below) and I am getting my 6th from the shop soon! Not only is this a very professional and clean shop, but all the artists are amazing to work with as well. Each one of my tattoos from here has just over exceeded my expectations every time. Although I have mainly worked with just Aj and Jonny (who have always been friendly and awesome to work with), whenever I have spoken with any other artists they are also really nice to me as well.
Overall awesome shop, very versatile artists, friendly people and great tattoos! 10 out of 10!

Getting tattooed by Galen was a very memorable experience. She took very good care of me from the beginning and throughout the 3 sessions I spent with her, making sure I was comfortable and spending hours making sure the placement was right for my tattoo. It’s all healed now and the line work, dot work, and shading just exceeded all of my expectations. I truly have a beautiful one of a kind tattoo thanks to her! I especially loved working with her because of how profesional, talented, and kind she is. She has a very unique dark aesthetic that is unlike anything else. Her hard work and dedication are definitely shown through her artwork. I can’t wait to get another tattoo here. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this shop because of the wide variety of artists and styles and definitely book with Galen if she fits your aesthetic! You won’t be disappointed.
