I wanted a small remembrance tattoo of my daughters footprints and I was told it could be done on a certain date all I needed to do was pay a 50$ deposit. AFTER I paid the deposit I was told they were unable to do it on the original date I was given, but it could be done a few days later on the date of my daughters funeral. This clearly didn’t work for me so I said never mind I just want my money back and I was told “sorry we don’t do refunds.” ~very unprofessional
