This was my first tattoo and I am loving it! I was visiting San Diego from Alaska and wanted to bring home a piece of it with me because I love it there. My auntie and I stepped in and I was like, “I want a tattoo but I don’t know what”, haha. Bug was very accommodating and kindly shared his art and ideas based off my story. We kept in touch as I thought about it the next few days and I made a consultation appointment when I decided on a concept. I told him I wanted 3 flowers: a rose, forget-me-not, and poppy, and showed him some photos. I knew I wanted it on my forearm, and that was about it. He showed me a style he was seeing in his vision, and I got to watch his creativity get to work. I came back in a half hour while he finished creating the design, and loved it! In addition to being a talented artist, Bug is a good host and a professional. This experience was superb start to finish. Thanks Bug! 10/10

Grimmrose is an awesome shop, and everyone who works there is fantastic & very welcoming. I went in a few weeks ago and got my nipples pierced by DANNY. He did an AMAZING job. He was quick, professional and really friendly. Danny made me feel really comfortable. My piercings have started healing up really nicely & they look great! I am so glad I got them done. THANK YOU SO MUCH DANNY, I can’t wait to come back for more!

Grimmrose Tattoo & Piercing is awesome! We were walk ins and everyone working was welcoming and super friendly. I am very happy with my cartilage and lobe piercings. Danny was amazing - the piercings literally didn’t hurt except for the split-second pinch of the needle (didn’t even hurt after)! I have several cartilage piercings so I know how painful they can be. Definitely recommend coming here for your next piercing.

Danny is the absolute best!! Ive been wanting my industrial piercing for years now and finally worked up the courage to go do it, came in as a walk-in and he was very welcoming. He took the time to judge the anatomy of my ear to decide if an industrial piercing would be best, he took the time to walk me through his concerns and made the whole experience comfortable. The piercing itself was nowhere near as painful as I thought, he was quick and thorough and is genuinely the best piercer I have ever been to. He is definitely the guy to hit up for all your piercing needs!!

Cameron did an excellent job on mine & my husbands tattoos. He was friendly & the whole visit was filled with laughs & a good time! He was really professional & listened to my concerns & was not at all bothered when I asked for areas to be fixed. 10/10 would recommend this place! I went to San Diego Tattoo company about a month ago to get my first ear piercings and I had a great experience. The shop was clean and professional and their piercer Danny is the man! He was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had plus he gave me clear instructions on how to care for the piercings while they heal. He was also super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. I'm really happy with how the piercings look and I would definitely recommend Danny to anyone looking to get a piercing

My friends and I went in to get some piercings done last minute and Danny was amazing! He was super professional and made sure everything was lined up perfectly before he started the piercing process. Everything was super sterile and we felt very comfortable. I walked in and asked if I could get an ear piercing. Danny said yes of course what are you looking for, and I told him an industrial bar. He spent a good amount of time studying my ear to see if it would work. After he explained to me why one ear was better and that it would definitely work. The way he explained it and answered my questions gave me the impression he was very knowledgeable on the subject and knew what he was doing. This made me feel so much better about getting the piercing done! The piercing went by really fast, not too painful, and after he explained to me the cleaning instructions. Everyone inside was super nice and welcoming! I’ll definitely be going back for more piercings! :)

Took my teenager here to get his ears pierced. Danny was amazing, took his time to make sure they were even and the piercings themselves, now 2.5 weeks later, look really good.
Also talked to Ivan about a tattoo. Super nice and was able to put it together in a way I never would have considered. I will definitely be going back for work in the very near future.
Overall, the experience at the shop was amazing and I definitely recommend.
