Love this place! Curt and his team have all tattooed me and multiple family members. Incredible artists and such kind people. Tattoo shops can be intimidating but they made us feel like home from our very first visit. Highly recommend!

The owner is well known and respected amongst other tattooers around the WORLD and his art has been published in tattoo books and magazine's.Each artist at Iron Mt. has their own style and a ton of experience so you can be confident you're going to get a quality tattoo. Went there and asked for something simple. The guy didn't even come close to drawing what I wanted and had a attitude.

I was so disappointed in this place. Jacqui Alberts seemed cool enough in person, scheduled two appointments and paid for 8+hours in advance, with an agreement between her and I that I would get two full sleeves from her, as well as shoulder pieces, and potentially line work on a back piece during her travels. We discussed the artwork, I am an artist, and had a outline already made of what I wanted. She asked me to send her an email explaining everything we discussed. I did, and got no response. When I showed up to my first appointment she was not done with my artwork and asked me to come back 2 hours later. The tattoos looked good and the people were nice, so I just went with the flow. For my second appointment, she was late again, by hours, 2+. She had issues with her machine stating paper towel was stuck in it. The results are visible on my forearm, spotty lines it appeared she was even frustrated with, as she cut the appointment short by an hour, leaving me with $150 on the books and two dissatisfying experiences. At this point I had spent quite a bit of money to have two appointments and somehow drive back and forth to the shop more than 8 times because my artist wasn't ready at the scheduled time... I called the shop and asked if I could potentially shift that $150 to another artists books since Jacqui was leaving the area and a few in the shop had suggested they could pick up her work when she left. I was talked down to and told that would not be possible. I never did get that $150 back, but didnt want to deal with any further disrespect. Taking my tattoo business elsewhere indefinitely.

Been looking for a great tattoo shop and I finally found one I did a walk in matt was very professional and great would definitely recommend going to iron moutian if you want great quality tattoo just got mine last night and might be back agian today
