Came here for help with an infected piercing, they did not sanitize any of the new jewelry (which wasnβt even the correct jewelry for this piercing) that they put in, didnt sanitize the work area, and didnt sanitize my face. The woman who was helping me put one pair of gloves on and kept them on the entire time (after touching counter area, me, jewelry, AND another client). She did not remove the piercing correctly, she only used her hands. When she did pull out clamps they were not sanitized and they were communal and she didnt even use them correctly. I have had multiple piercings and have never felt pain from them, this encounter had me crying. I know it shouldnt have hurt this bad because when i left to go to a different shop, the man there helped remove it seamlessly and i barely felt anything. There were other things but in general I have multiple piercings and have never felt this much pain/had so many boundaries crossed in any other shop. Donβt go here.

I arrived without an appointment with a problem from a tragus piercing done somewhere else. George was able to immediately identify the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. He followed hygienic procedures and fixed the problem. Highly recommended

DO NOT GO HERE. The owner of this business is extremely unprofessional and very, very rude to his employees. Not only did he charge an insane amount for poor quality tattoos, he takes it upon himself to encourage the artist to give up their portion of the earnings from the tattoo as compensation for a bad experience (obviously I will not be getting touched up, I just think a refund is in order since after healing, the lines are invisible. I have several large pieces so it is most DEFINITELY not due to lack of aftercare) Since this particular artist was obviously very young and inexperienced, I donβt blame them for not knowing what they are doing. Instead I hold the business owner accountable for being fully aware of their capabilities, lack of licensure, and consequences of both things mentioned. Had it been within my knowledge that this would be the result, I would have never gotten tatted here. Crazy part is, I am a returning client and I have never had an issue in the past. I was nervous to even bring it up because I knew he would be terrible to the artist responsible, as I have been a witness of. The shopβs lack of ethics is unacceptable. Iβll be looking into our local laws to see if this is even permitted.

If you're looking for some beautiful detailed calligraphy and shading with ink, this is actually one of the better places to go to. No pressure sales, there is a 40 dollar premium, nice folks, clean and efficient. Go to the 2nd floor, cannot miss them.
