Adornment Piercing and Private Tattoo

My daughter had her ears pierced here. She has really high anxiety, but her piercer was very understanding and patient. There are no piercing guns, and attention to detail was amazing. It is pricey and you get what you pay for. It is $40 per ear plus $40+ for the jewelry used. I would definitely go back.

Nice staff, nice store, prices? 180 for tiny, tiny gold hoops, 40 to fit in my ears. Amazon and next door neighbor Priceless.

To the owner of the Store.
I was a walk in Saturday afternoon, I called your Coustermer Service Rep, I didn't know I needed an appointment she said come on in about 20 minutes.
Rep, Short hair , Glases sold a Coustermer a bee ear ring.
On your coffee table 2 books one small, one large photo albums.
You had a 45% stock sale in your brown cabinet.
The rep stated 20 dollars, I said each ear she said yes 40 dollars. I know where I shop.

I called the studio and was asked to text pictures of the minimalist tattoos I wanted. The appt was set up for the next day at noon. I arrived and the artist had already made sketches of the pictures. He took me back and less than an hour later I had 4 minimalist tattoos that are great!

Really clean place and friendly staff. Arrive early to find the suite on the backside of the second story. Nice assortment of jewelry and knowledgeable staff.

Kinda pricey, but I think its worth it for the cleanliness and professionalism.

I'm sure this won't make much of a difference, but I feel my horror story should be shared! My artist was Andy Tassone, whom, upon my first visit with him, seemed to have a portfolio that fit my style. I commissioned his work for a hand tattoo, we agreed on a price and design, which was estimated to take 8 hours. Within the 3rd hour, my hand had been chewed up, which he admitted was "his technique". I understand it had been 15 years since I'd had ink, so?, I'm sure things have changed. He recommended a totally new, and (foreign) hygiene regime which I followed, and a few hours after being home my tattoo began to split and ultimately get infected. I kept Andy informed with photos and text messages with all the problems I was seeing. He immediately placed the blame on me, very defensive texts, and comparing me to other clients, but still (reluctantly) assured me that once it was healed , he could fix it, "NO PROBLEM"! I lost several weeks of work, but finally, it was healed "enough" to go back in it. We scheduled an appointment, and I was 20 minutes from the shop when I get a call stating he'd"left his Tattoo EQUIPMENT AT HOME".(??) But, since I was almost there, come by and let him look at it and he'd be able to work later that afternoon. Never called that afternoon, and when I called him, Andy said he's having a hard time because he's "Car-less". So, we set it up for the following day. When we finally sat down, he wasn't prepared! My tattoo had lost so much ink, I thought he would've needed to re -stencil, or at least use a reference photo, I reiterated how important this design was to me, and without confining his artistic views, there were things that needed to be EXACT! Well?.. non of this mattered to him, and now I'm stuck with the worst tattoo and experience ever, I tried to be understanding, but when it comes down to it, he CANNOT FIX THIS! When I showed Andy the agreed upon artwork, and how unsatisfied I am with this whole situation, now I'm "extremely rude" I offered the only solution to help minimize this experience, A REFUND!?..AND MAYBE THERE'S SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE, THAT COULD FIX IT?..BUUUUT?. NO?.. NOT AN OPTION, SO HERE I AM STUCK WITH A HORRIBLE TATTOO! Attached are photos of what it should have been, and what it actually looks like!
I'm glad to say I might, maybe, be promised more work to fix this situation,.. if that's so,.. I'll take this review down and totally update! Much much love and R.E S.P.E.C.T to the Real tattooist still walking this earth! #LaTe / NotYouAndyTassone

THE Tattoo Shop Manager contacted me very promptly after posting this review. He is a very professional, respectable business man and was apologetic regarding the level of service I had received at their establishment. We conversed several times via phone/ text and pictures to come up with a solution. Ultimately, he offered to take time out of his (already busy) schedule and fix this tattoo. I was impressed by the swift action that this business took after hearing what's been going on with this particular artists work and ethic at the establishment. I am happy to say, Andy Tassone does NOT work at Adornment in Palm Springs any longer. I only hope word can travel fast before another tattoo shop gives him a chance to permanently scar anyone else. It's just unsettling that now there have been multiple calls from clients (to the shop manager and owners), with experiences even worse than mine with this guy [Andy Tassone] But all that aside,... I'm very pleased with what Mr. Eric Gibbs (Shop Manager) Adornment Tattoo & Body Piercing has done with my tattoo!

I went down to Palm Springs for vacation and decided to get a second ear piercing. SO SO happy to have found this place. Jose was amazing and personable. Thank you for putting my fears at ease!!!

Went there for a birthday tattoo, prearranged with will. There is an amazing showroom of piercing jewelry as you walk in. Honestly it's like a jewelry store. Very tempting. Back to the tattoo Will was very attentive to sizing the tattoo and gave input on colors and 3 hours later it was done! NOTE that this isn't an inexpensive place but it is a place that charges appropriately according to the artist's experience and skill. An important distinction.

Had a couple downstairs piercings done when I was in town with my friend, who also got pierced. We had an absolutely great experience with Jose and could not be happier with our piercings. He was very thorough, had great bed side manner, was very personable, and listened to our questions and input with genuine interest. I cannot recommend Adornment staff and studio more to anyone who hasn’t had the pleasure to check it out yet. I’d be willing to come back to Palm Springs just to get another piercing(s) from Jose.

My review is longggg overdue but better late than never! I got my nose repierced here back in 2018 and the experience was great! Staff was professional and kind. I love that I got to pick my jewelry beforehand. The jewelry is of great quality! Still going strong with the original stud after 4 years! Zero infection or irritation. Healing was much easier this go round (pierced it the first time back in college. The placement was wrong and it got infected a couple times.) Overall, I HIGHLY recommend getting your piercings here!
