SMiles is a true artist! From sketch to finish it is absolutely beautiful and more then I could ever envision. This guy exceeded my expectations and I'm more then grateful for his time and imagination. This guy drew this from scratch which is special because it's one of a kind. Miles is amazing!! I didn’t have many ideas about what I wanted to do, I just kinda shot some thought out and he free handed my tattoo on me with a sharpie. After going over some logistics we went for it. It has held up incredibly well and is one of my favorite tattoos I have! He’s also a lot of fun to talk to and hang out with- I never felt intimidated or unwelcome. 1000/10 I reccomend Miles!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here!!! Importantly, before you go back and look at old, worrisome reviews - the shop is under completely new ownership. Robbie was amazing getting my appointment set up, super responsive. Smiles was my tattoo artist and he is phenomenal. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did such a good job on the tattoo, I was thrilled with the result. Definitely recommend this spot!

We called on a Saturday afternoon to know if we could walk in and get two little tattoo pieces. They told us to go on Tuesday at 11 am. We were waiting there from 11.00 until 13.00 (there were 4 other people waiting outside that had been told the same). We went back some hours later and nobody was there. We lost our time. That is disrespectful. This was a very important tattoo for me because this was my first time in the USA and that was a memory from the trip. There are better options in the city.

I came in as a walk in today not knowing if they accepted walk ins. And Rafael the artist was very quick to take me in & get my tattoo done , the tattoo came out looking exactly what I wanted it to look like. Very happy about my first time experience there. 10/10 recommended checking it out. Good quality work!

We called to inquire about a couple of small tattoos we wanted to get done. The person on the phone told us they were walk in only and to come in at 11 (the time they supposedly open). We came on the day we said we would be available and were sure to get there right at open to be first in line. There were multiple people waiting, including a woman who was told the night before at closing to come at opening. Unfortunately, it seems that Gold Coast decided to simply not open on that day, as we wasted two hours waiting for nothing and saw countless people come and go, seeing that the situation was hopeless. Unprofessional and disappointing. Better options nearby!

I came to the shop on Thursday and made an appointment for today at 6:30 for a tattoo. Ive waited an hour and 45 minutes for the shop to still be closed and no one to show up for my appointment. Will be coming back to ask for my deposit to be refunded back to me. Huge bummer because I had a lot of tattoos I wanted to get here but will be taking my business elsewhere.
