Jessica is the best! I only come to this location for my piercings. I got my upper left ear pierced and it looks amazing. I’ll be going back soon to get new earrings. She’s very friendly, quick and has the best conversations about life. Thank you again! 🌷

The lady pierced my ears all unevenly and you can definitely tell. It looks very sloppy. I paid $120 for these ear piercings and now I have to wait until they heal a little bit and have someone that knows what they are doing to pierce my ears again. I will never go back.

I had my lip pierced here. Good prices and they took the time to help me find new jewelry when i returned after healing. The piercer charges $5 to change the jewelry in your piercing . Not bad.

Reply to owner: The hispanic lady is the one who opened up her mouth and asked me “whered you buy your nose ring from? You should have bought it here we would have tested it for you and everything” so i took her unprofessional self up on the offer . And i said “okay well can you test this one for me then?” She said no and that’s when i asked “ even if i give you extra money to test it?” And that’s when she proceeded with “you didn’t buy it from here go to the other place you purchased it from” I never walked into yall business and said “HI , i bought this nose ring from over there can you test it for me?” !! I do not lack common sense!! My thing is why bring Up the testing if she wasnt going to do it anyways??? And just to clarify i bought my first nose ring from yall and it caused my nose to KELOID so i took it out. This was my second time coming in to get my nose pierced by yall and im glad i didn’t proceed with the service. None the less, your reply just proves my Point !!! Yall have poor customer service all around!! Yall are very unprofessional …yall QUICK to want to take someones money but yall dont even have the decency to tell yall customers how to properly clean their piercings, yall dont greet yall customers, or make the customers feel comfortable in yall place of business…yall non-chalant and yall rude and bitter …… yall need to be shut down !!! Initial review- Dont spend your money here . The black woman (receptionist) is friendly but the hispanic lady who does the piercings is very rude and non welcoming.. She doesnt greet you and everything that comes out of her mouth is smart and non chalant . I asked her if she would test my nose ring and she said verbatim “ no go to the other place you purchased it from to get it tested. Im not the one who sold it to you “ and its like girl im about to give you my money but you cant do just this one favor for your customer and I even offered her extra money and she still told me no. I guess she was upset because i didnt purchase it from them. Her attitude really turned me off which caused me to not even get my nose pierced. Id rather give someone else my money.
