My initial appointment went well with So Young and I was ecstatic for my follow up appointment. However today, the customer service was appalling. The assistant at the front was extremely rude and made me feel like I was a nuisance. I asked to use the bathroom but the assistant gave no eye contact and carried an extremely rude attitude. I am also working in customer service and feel like her behavior is unacceptable and is not up to par with the excellent work that soyoung provide
