Our 4-year old daughter wanted her ears pierced, but was nervous. Jessica and Shawnia were AWESOME! Jessica was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable on both piercing and working with our daughter. The store was so clean and well kept. We recommend Claire’s Eureka for sure!!

Please never get your kids ears pierced here! Terrible uneven placement of the piercings, and they do not clean between child so there can be infections. My 10 yr and 13 yr got their ears done here. My 10 yr woke up and her ear had a slice where the piercing was. My 13 yr had hers very uneven and looked bad. This may just be my experience, but I am never going here again. They are also very expensive and cheap.

My mother needed her ears re pierced. Shawniah and her co worker ( I'm sorry I don't remember her name) were wonderful with my 70 year old mother.
Great direction, care and customer service. They were so considerate and took their time with her. Made the process so enjoyable! It was a great outing!

The woman working at the counter wasn’t doing her job because she was too busy talking to her friend, when it was my turn to pay she was rude. I will never come back again since I was visiting from out of town.
