Tonight I had a first. My blood sugar dropped and I nearly passed out. Jess was amazing! She remained calm, kept me lying down, got me the trash can in case I threw up, gave me candy and water. The way she stayed so professional and calm was incredible!! You can definitely see that she has a lot of experience, knowledge, and wisdom.
Have been going to Jess for over 2 years. I will never go to anyone else. I have followed her to every location including her permanent spot on Peoria. Everyone here is amazing. Very comfortable environment and trustworthy!!

Jess was incredibly sweet and professional. She is a super talented artist and did an amazing job on my tattoo! She was also very thorough with aftercare instructions. I appreciated her being so accommodating.

The shop was clean and comfy and they even had some cool entertainment options (Netflix and a retro game emulator).

This was my first time getting a tattoo. Jess did an amazing job! The tattoo she designed for me was better then anything I could have imagined. It was perfect! She checked on me several times throughout my session to make sure I was doing OK. I will definitely be going back to have Jess do another tattoo for me.

This shop is a fav! Jess does work on both me & my partner, it’s always a wonderful experience! I appreciate the detail Jess goes into, both my tattoos from her are beyond what I imagined they could be. I get so many compliments on her work! The other artist in the shop is very friendly as well! And can’t go wrong with the hot pink decor! Thanks for a good experience always!

Libby has been amazing. I will definitely be coming back for a long time. She has listened to exactly what i want and has even made great suggestions on what would work. Overall great experience there. The artist all get along very well and they set a good environment. Could definitely see why the booking are so far out. I love my tattoos. Awesome work. Keep it up.

Phoenomenal shop with EXTREMELY TALENTED artists. Shop environment is welcoming, clean and not intimidating very relaxed/chill environment. Libby is not only a talented badass tattoo artist but a true professional in her field. She uses some of the best practices to ensure a comfortable session. Libby is the most down to earth and a super sweet artist. She definitely takes the time to listen to her clients request and incorporate into design. Libby ALWAYS crushes the game with every tattoo she does. No disappointment here! I do warn you there is some wait time before getting your masterpiece as there will be with any spectacular tattoo artist with high quality work. It is definitely worth the wait!! Libby's response time is timely through text and email.

I got tattooed by Jess sometime ago, and she was amazing! Super professional, amazingly fast at getting back to me via email (I don’t know about you, but sometimes that’s a flaw with tattoo artists 😂), and above all, a wonderfully lovely human being! She is insanely talented. This is probably the only tattoo I have that honestly looks better healed than it looked fresh. I’m so happy and will definitely be back to get tattooed again! I booked with Jess over a year ago and the wait was absolutely worth it. She worked with me to enhance an existing tattoo idea. She really created a master piece that I am so in love with. Nothing feels better than having a piece of art on your body that makes you smile every time you see it. Jess is professional, easy to talk to and has a strong sense of artistic integrity. Jess was such a pleasure to be around during my tattoo! She was so kind, funny and just very genuine when talking to me and I totally dig that! Her skill is phenomenal and precise, I’m in love with this tattoo and the details are fantastic! The aura was very welcoming when I stepped into the studio and put my nerves at ease almost automatically. Definitely will be coming back sooner than later for more!

This was my first time coming to Neon Scorpion and it was amazing!
I got there early and they wasted no time getting me all set up!
They double checked the outline and changed everything to my liking!
I had Jess Hellfox do my tattoo and not only did it turn out great but she also held conversation and was very easy to sit next to for 3 hours!
Overall my experience here was amazing and I’ll definitely be coming back when their books open again!

Once again Jess did not disappoint! Tattoos turned out amazing, super easy to talk to throughout the whole session, and gave a lot of feedback on how to approach finishing my sleeve!

I’ll only get my tattoos from Jess from here on out!
