Body Piercing Unlimited & Tattoo Palmer

Called and asked if they take walk ins for a quick SMALL tattoo behind my ear. Was told to come in with reference pic and if artist had time they would do it. Went in and was told yeah we can do that, but I'm cleaning right now come back in an hour. Ok cool. Came back and was told "something came up and the artist wasn't there. Pretty sure when I pulled in I saw her in the window...if you didn't want the easy $100 should've just told me instead of wasting my time.

Kayla knows her stuff. The shop is clean and they are very tight with their practices so everything is above-board. Highly recommend Kayla for piercings.

To preface, I work two jobs so I have to sacrifice sleep for this.

Lakeland gave me my first tattoo about 2 months ago. No issue with scheduling or timeliness, I put down a deposit for that session. I was and am extremely happy with the piece and wanted to continue working with Lakeland on a lot of pieces I have in mind.

Scheduled my second tattoo session for Saturday October 21st in which Lakeland declined I give a deposit, which I thought nothing of. I wake up early, drive from Meadow Lakes all the way out to the shop in Palmer. Come to find out I'm not even in the books and someone else is scheduled. Okay, no worries. We draw up a draft for my tattoo. Possibly have time to touch up my first tattoo. We run out of time and I get zero needles in my skin, but no big deal.

He says to come back the next day (Sunday, which they are closed but he was willing to put in work). Second day in a row I've woken up early and drove all the way out here. He's not here. Waited over an hour in the parking lot without him turning up.

Being forgotten once, I can deal with, being forgotten two times in a row is absolutely unacceptable to me and is a total disrespect to my time.

I've been getting my piercings done here as well without issue, but I think after these 2 poor experiences, I will find somewhere else to continue my bod mod journey.

The quality of work I've gotten from Lakeland and Kayla have been very good, but I will not continue patronizing an establishment that will disregard my valuable time.

Extremely unhappy and really disappointed.

Unprofessional, totally wasted my time on 2 separate occasions, and expected me to reschedule for a 3rd time. Wasn't going to happen.. the best thing about the place I can say is I got my money back after the artist totally flaked leaving me and the rest of the employees sitting there in shock over their behavior and overall unprofessional conduct. RE: the cancellation and absurd behavior was due to personal problems, they were fighting with their baby mom over the phone every time we were in session and it seemed to be drug induced. But I do appreciate the owner making excuses for their artists acting very foolish

Wife got her nostril and daughter got her navel done, awesome customer service and personalities. Will definitely be back

Ehhhhhh Any time I go there the staff is rude. Talk about bland looking jewelry as well.
Staff isn't too knowledgeable whenever I've gone.
Whenever I do end up going the piercer is literally never there or if she is she had left early for the day.
Maybe if someone makes it right then ill be coming back but so far nope.

I called last week asking prices for a nose piercing. Was informed that it would be $55 including cleaning supplies. I tried scheduling to come in but was informed they do walk ins I came in on my birthday (today) and was charged $95. Pretty upsetting. Especially when I called and asked. On top of that she was told to use this rusty clamp to bend my nose ring. It definitely didn’t look sanitary at all. It was my first time, and she even said she’s never had to use that to bend the ring with the supervisor there. It was a bit awkward. I wasn’t trying to over think it because I’ve never been thorough this process.

Got piercing there this weekend the lady who did it was very informative about the care afterwards and when did my ears as she was going along on what she was doing. Was asked how I was doing when it was all done. Very awesome people there would definitely go back again.

I got my septum pierced here last year by Deb, and it was really great. They were all very friendly and Deb was super efficient, she explained things clearly every step of the way and did the piercing quickly. I expected it to hurt a lot more but it really only felt like a pinch that lasted a few seconds. I got clear instructions on how to clean my piercing (with papers on care to take home too, thankfully, since I forget things) and a year later I've had no problems with it.

Came in the evening on a weekend, walked in without an appointment and was helped quickly and with friendly and knowledgeable service. The previous piercing shop I visited was still out for lunch at 5 pm, so I appreciated Unlimited for honoring their posted hours. I do think their stainless steel is a bit expensive but I'm very happy with it's quality.
